Grant your blessings! Om Tare Hrih Bam Vasham Kuru Ho! Kaya Abhisinca Om! Ho! In the essence of equanimity and impartiality, the Bhagavan Bell-Bearing Tara, through empowerment, bestows upon the son of lineage, may all wrathful activities be perfectly accomplished! Om Tare Hum Ho Mara Ya Phet! Kaya Abhisinca Om! From this day forward, contemplate your own body as emptiness, inseparable from the deity's form, and impress all appearances with the seal of the deity's form. Please clearly visualize these instructions for bestowing the transmission of recitation. In the heart of oneself and in front, visualize the wisdom being Amitayus (Tshe dpag med) (Infinite Life), white and radiant, in meditative equipoise, holding a vase of longevity. Adorned with silks and jewels, seated on a lotus and moon cushion in the vajra posture. In the center of the sun and moon mandala in his heart is the white seed syllable (藏文:ཏཱྃ་,梵文天城体:ताṃ,梵文罗马拟音:tāṃ,汉语字面意思:Taam). Around it, the mantra garland of ten syllables encircles. You too, visualize yourselves as deities, with the wisdom being Amitayus, white, in your hearts, and in his heart, the sun and moon mandala with the Taam syllable. Due to devotion to the guru and the deity, a second mantra garland arises from the mantra garland, emerging from the mouth. It enters the mouths of you all and the deity in your heart, and encircles the life-force Taam syllable. Due to the recitation, immeasurable rays of light emanate from it, emerging from the crest jewel on the crown of the head, transforming into the white Namgyalma (Rnam par rgyal ma) (Victorious One), holding an iron hook and a vase of longevity. Like particles of sunlight, they radiate, and the wisdom of the Three Roots, all the Buddhas, the vast Vajra Dharma Protectors, along with their knowledge, love, and power, and all the essence of samsara and nirvana, stable and moving, are gathered in the form of nectar and light, dissolving into oneself, thus obtaining all the deathless life and wisdom accomplishments. Think in this way and repeat after the recitation. The main ten-syllable mantra, with the appended syllable. Amitayus. The essence of Namgyalma, repeat each three times. Again, rays of light emanate, blazing with the glory of great bliss wisdom. Visualize all of the three realms, stable and moving, as being perfected into the wheel of the great net of deity, mantra, wisdom, and illusion, and repeat after the accomplishment mantras. Begin the recitation of the three approach mantras and the four families of Tara mantras. Again, from the rays of light in the heart, emanate the forms of the activity goddesses, filling the sky. Visualize all peaceful, increasing, powerful, and wrathful activities being accomplished as desired, and repeat after the activity mantras. Begin the recitation of the four gate mantras. Visualize that by entrusting the rosary of mantras, the power of recitation is increased and stabilized. Recite the rosary of mantras. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
