The deity (Tibetan: མ་, literally: mother) is red in color, possessing the youth of a sixteen-year-old maiden, with one face, four arms, and three eyes, naked, displaying a wrathful yet smiling countenance, adorned with a crown of skulls and necklaces, embellished with garlands of flowers, bells, and bone ornaments, with hair flowing freely down her back. The first two hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup at her heart, while the lower two hands hold a sword and a khatvanga (Sanskrit: khaṭvāṅga, a type of ritual staff). Her body assumes a graceful posture, with her left leg extended, in a half-lotus dancing pose, residing amidst flames, surrounded by the four classes of Dakinis. Visualize at her heart the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) along with a mantra garland. From there, radiate light, reciting: 'ཨེ་ཨཱ་རལླི་ཛཿ ཕཻཾ་' ('E Ah Ralli Dza Phem'). Invoke the Dakinis of Oddiyana (Sanskrit: Oḍḍiyāna, Uddiyana, the birthplace of Padmasambhava) and their retinue, establishing them in the sky. From her body, emanate countless forms, dissolving into oneself from the crown of the head, contemplating the body filled with bliss. Again, from the throat, emanate the red and white vowels and consonants (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་, Sanskrit: āli-kāli, vowels and consonants), dissolving into the throat, contemplating speech endowed with power. Again, from the heart, emanate the light of Bodhicitta, the essence of the five wisdoms, dissolving into the heart, contemplating the mind endowed with realization. Then, visualize the deity dissolving into oneself, inseparable like water merging into water. Afterward, single-pointedly abide in the clear yoga of the deity's form until the end. Then, visualize at the heart the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) surrounded by a mantra garland coiling to the left like a snake. From there, radiate light, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, transforming appearance and existence into the mandala of Dakinis. Delight them with offerings and receive their blessings. Contemplate the sound of the mantra like the buzzing of bees in a hive, reciting without interruption: 'ཨོཾ་དྷུ་མ་གྷ་ཡེ་ན་མཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ༔' ('Om Dhuma Ghaye Namah Svaha'). Again, steadily bind the mind to the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) and mantra garland at the heart, performing a moment of mental recitation. Likewise, in this way, bind the prana with the nadis, reciting the mantra without wavering. Again, from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) and mantra garland at the heart, radiate red light, emanating from the mouth, subjugating all beings of the three realms, making them unsteady. Visualize the red light melting, entering from one's own lotus, dissolving into the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) at the heart, and reciting with 'པཱ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧོ༔' ('Pasha Kuru Ho') added to the end of the root mantra, thus gaining control over appearance and existence. Again, if you wish to transform the arrow of activity, then visualize the light from the heart of the main deity striking the retinue Dakini to whom you have sent it, stimulating her power, accomplishing the desired siddhis such as pacifying with white light, effortlessly, and adding 'བཛྲ་དྷཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ' ('Vajra Dakini Shanti Kuru') to the end of the root mantra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
