Hold the mind like a clear illusion, inhale through the nostrils, and focus on the Dharma source at the navel, rotating to the left. Exhale. Visualize light radiating from the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable) at the navel, emanating from between the eyebrows. Visualize this light gradually dissolving your body from the outside in, until it dissolves into the sky, and then arises again. Thus, bestow the empowerments in sequence. Proclaim the vows, perform the Tsok and Torma rituals. This is the sequence of the empowerment of the blessings of the Secret Wisdom Dakini. Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow). Those who wish to practice the Secret Wisdom Dakini should, on the tenth day of any month, in a solitary place such as a charnel ground or forest, level the ground and smear a mandala of one cubit with alcohol and nectar. In the center of the mandala, place a red triangular Dharma source marked with four swastikas, surrounded by a vajra fence and flames. In the center of the Dharma source, arrange a cluster of red flowers. On top of that, place a seamless skull cup filled with alcohol, sprinkled with Amrita and precious substances, and cover it with red silk. On top of that, place a mirror smeared with sindhura. With a golden needle, draw a Dharma source with swastikas in the center of the mirror, and write OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Body), AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Speech), and HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Mind) on the three corners. Then, erect a tent of red brocade so that it is not visible. Prepare a red Torma, rich oil incense, butter lamps, nectar-scented water, a thighbone trumpet, hand drum, and all other sacred substances. Sit facing west, take refuge, and generate Bodhicitta. Instantly transform yourself into a Dakini. Invoke the Wisdom Beings from Oddiyana with light rays from your heart, and arrange them on the mandala. Offer the five offerings and nectar. Visualize light emanating from your heart dissolving into yourself, purifying all sins and obscurations. Then, instantly meditate on emptiness. From within that state, visualize a red HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable) on a lotus, corpse, and sun disc in the center of a triangular Dharma source palace.
