This secret Dharma copied from the yellow paper by the degenerate monk Dharma Sāgara of the end times: as long as the world and kalpas do not end, this sacred Dharma will not be exhausted. Within the secret Dharma 'Essence of the Emanation Body,' the hidden meaning of the visualization of White Tārā Wish-Fulfilling Wheel is as follows: I, Padmasambhava, Subduer of Demons, from the Lord Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, received this visualization's hidden meaning. Visualize yourself clearly as the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the mantra chain at your heart rotating like a Dharma wheel. Having visualized so clearly, from the three places (body, speech, and mind) radiate white, red, and blue lights, shining upon limitless Buddha-fields, as numerous as dust motes. All Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the twenty-one forms of Tārā, appear in the space in front of you, like snow falling from the sky, like a blizzard raging in the air, like dust storms swirling on the ground, merging into yourself and the vase in front. Thinking of yourself as a radiant mass of light, combine with offerings such as the five offerings, and offer praise. Then, when reciting the secret mantra king, do not be interrupted by idle chatter. When reciting a hundred thousand times within seven days, visualize yourself clearly as the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, at your heart is an eight-spoked white wheel, as bright as moonlight, in the very center is the white seed syllable ཏཱྃཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tām，Thus）, with a long mark and tsek-drag. The eight spokes each have mantra syllables, surrounded by a mantra chain, rotating like a Dharma wheel. Visualize five-colored rays of light radiating from the mantra chain, striking the heart of the deity you are generating in front of you, who is just like yourself. From the mantra chain at the heart of the Tārā deity in front, five-colored rays of light radiate, filling the sky, shining upon the Buddhas, sages, vidyādharas, Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and all the life essence and power of the stable and moving things of the world, all transforming into the letters ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཏཱྃཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：अ नृ तां，梵文罗马拟音：a nṛ tāṃ，a nri tam）, filling everything completely, merging into yourself and the deity in front. From the heart of the deity in front, five-colored rays of light fill all the realms of the world, merging into your body, pacifying your illnesses, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, adverse conditions, and obstacles, increasing your life, merit, and wealth. Visualize attaining the deathless life of a vidyādhara. Thinking of your body as a radiant mass of light, recite the secret mantra king according to the ritual. Rétu ré āyur jñāna siddhi phala hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，Meaning: Life, wisdom, accomplishment, fruit, Hum). When recited in this way, various signs will appear: The best will directly see the deity and receive prophecies; the intermediate will have special experiences; and even the lowest will see the deity in dreams and receive prophecies. Seeing white light, picking flowers, eating fruits, drinking nectar, the sun rising, a beautiful white-clad girl giving ornaments and garlands and other white objects, seeing stupas and tsatsas, these are all definite signs of life accomplishment. Whoever practices this, if they do not attain the life-affirming vidyadhara state, then Padmasambhava (Padma, Lotus-born) and I (Tsogyal, mTsho-rgyal, Ocean Queen) will surely think that we have deceived the sentient beings of the degenerate age. This innermost heart essence of Padmasambhava, except for the thirteen Dharma lords and others, if widely spread, will violate the oath of the dakinis. The practitioner who practices this, if they offer a right-turning white conch shell and white ornaments, this is an auspicious connection for the accomplishment of life activities. If offerings of flesh and blood and black ornaments are made, then life will not be accomplished and the connections will be reversed. This very secret pith instruction is the teaching of Padmasambhava subduing the demons, which I, Tsogyal, have written down. In the future, the mind emanation of Orgyen Padmasambhava, the supreme person with three signs, may you meet the vidyadhara Dudul Dorje Tsal! Seal! Deep seal! Secret seal! The vidyadhara Dudul Dorje, like me, retrieved this from the Tsawa Seldrak cave. The scribe is Orgyen Tenzin, who clearly copied it from the yellow paper. ༈ White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Longevity Empowerment: From the nature of Guru Padmasambhava (Guru Padma, गुरु पद्म，guru padma，Master Lotus) subduing the demons, he taught this profound longevity empowerment of White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. First, all the sadhana rituals should be performed according to the sadhana ritual. Then, the disciples should be no more than three or seven, all bathed and seated. First, in order to allow you to enter the mandala of the Noble Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, in order to make you suitable vessels, recite the refuge prayer. Then take the vows, recite the offering torma, and visualize the protection wheel.
