Homage! On a lotus and moon seat, she dwells in the sameness vajra posture. Completely adorned with all enjoyments, bestowing supreme blessings, I bow down and praise. Her complexion is like the autumn moon, her radiance surpasses a million suns. With the bright moon as her backdrop, she is adorned with precious jewels. She dwells in the midst of five-colored rainbow light, holding a longevity vase and an Utpala flower, I bow down. Om, Tāre, deliverer from samsara! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་འཁོར་བ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་ཏཱ་རེ་མ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ संसार तारिणी तारे मा，Sanskrit Romanization: Oṃ saṃsāra tāriṇī tāre mā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Tāre, deliverer from samsara!) With 'Tuttāre' she rescues from the eight fears. White wheel, with pure white light, eight spokes, eight mantra syllables clear. Possessing the form of complete rotation, I bow down and praise the one with the wheel. Loving goddess, swiftly grant longevity empowerment, I pray with one-pointed devotion. Please bestow the accomplishment of immortal life! Thus, by taking refuge, praying, and practicing you, in order to achieve enlightenment, the obstacles to life, as well as diseases, evil spirits, sins, inauspiciousness, and the adverse conditions and harms from humans and non-humans, the eighty sudden obstacles to life. Loving goddess, please pacify all of these! From the Profound Dharma, the Heart Drop of the Emanation Body: This most secret wish-fulfilling wheel accomplishment method is the essence blood of Padmasambhava. Whoever practices this, will bring all of existence under their control. Ultimately, they will be born in the abode of the Vidyādharas; if they do not attain the Vidyādhara of Longevity, they will surely have betrayed the expectations of Padmasambhava. This extremely profound and clear essence is the teaching of Padmasambhava, the tamer of demons. Written down by myself, Kharchen Tso Gyal, at a time of decline in the degenerate age of the five poisons. The fortunate one with the three signs, my descendant. When practicing these profound treasure teachings, all those connected, including the thirteen Dharma lords, will surely be led to the abode of the Vidyādharas. First, attain accomplishment yourself, then gradually transmit to those with karma, skillfully spreading it like the movement of a snake. May this teaching meet with the heart-son in the future!
