Sa (location), I prostrate with reverence! Offering clouds of offerings with a body and possessions free from attachment. Confessing all sins and downfalls, and actions that violate vows. Rejoicing in all virtuous deeds, both with and without outflows. Urging to turn the Dharma wheel of essential meaning. Requesting to never pass into sorrow, but to remain constantly. May this virtue and all roots of virtue be dedicated to all beings attaining unsurpassed enlightenment. Emaho! (expression of amazement) Essence beyond mind, luminous Dharmakaya. Nature of union, wisdom complete Sambhogakaya. Compassionate taming of beings, Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava. I pray to the kind Guru inseparable from the three Kayas. With devotion and intense longing. Helpless me, I have no reliance other than you. Please look with compassion, dispel adverse conditions and obstacles. Please bless, grant supreme and common accomplishments. Thus, with intense devotion and longing, inspire the mindstream. Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Tötrengtsal Vajra Samaya Jah Siddhi Pala Hum Ah! Drawing forth the power of compassion from supreme wisdom. With the wondrous magic of great light rays. I pray for the granting of empowerment, blessings, and accomplishments. Having prayed thus, from the three syllables (Om Ah Hum) at the Guru's three places (body, speech, and mind), three rays of white, red, and blue light arise, either sequentially or simultaneously, and enter and dissolve into one's own three places (body, speech, and mind) either sequentially or simultaneously. The power of the four empowerments matures in the mindstream. Finally, the Guru dissolves into light, into the essence of great bliss, and dissolves into oneself, visualizing oneself instantly becoming the black Vajra Krodhesvari. Mixing the mind with the Guru's wisdom, rest in equipoise in the nature of the Guru's Dharmakaya. This is the root of all paths, it should be practiced constantly. Thus, forcibly drawing down blessings, the guidance on Guru Yoga is complete. The sequence of taming the mindstream is complete. Samaya (vow).
