RAL! Maintain the state of self-awareness unpolluted by the clinging of view and meditation, and abide in the certainty of the natural state. May conceptual thoughts arise and be liberated, may afflictions be liberated in their own place, may appearances and mind arise as wisdom. In such a state, merely awaken with the mindfulness of dharmata, cut off all other elaborations, and train in both meditation and post-meditation periods. Third, there are three aspects of training skill: First, blending the deity's form with the mind: Clearly establish yourself and all appearances as an illusory deity form through the path. Then, be certain of this in your mind. Maintain the state of mind and deity form being inseparable, in the state of inexpressible emptiness and clarity. Second, blending with the prana: Control the breath with gentle vase breathing, allowing the prana to pass through the path of the single taste. Visualize the five-colored rays of light, extremely subtle, going straight up the central channel like a spear. Dissolve into the essence of the luminous syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the heart center. Contemplate the three stages of arising, abiding, and dissolving of the prana, transforming into the unborn nature, and recite with intention. Abide in the nature of prana and mind being inseparable, in the state of Great Perfection. Third, blending with bliss: Relying on an actual or visualized consort, when the experience of bliss arises, be certain that this is the changing experience of the mind. Generate certainty in transcending intellect and inexpressibility, and contemplate that its essence is emptiness, its nature is bliss, and abide in the state of inseparable clarity and Great Perfection. Finally, gather all the essence of the dependent bindu of bliss, along with the supporting bindu, into the indestructible bindu syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the center of the heart, and rest in non-doing awareness. These are the special key points for transforming the path of the first three empowerments into supreme wisdom. Furthermore, at all times and in all circumstances, whatever arises in the appearances of the six senses, do not grasp at objects, do not conceptualize the subject, and repeatedly practice in the state of inseparable appearance and awareness, great transparency inside and out. In this way, the appearance of objects will not cease, but appearance will not obscure awareness; the boundaries of awareness will not diminish, but awareness will not be bound by phenomena. No matter how the elaborations of grasping and being grasped arise, their essence will not deviate from the state of non-elaboration. This is the profound secret path of the Great Perfection, so practice it at all times, past, present, and future. By practicing in this way, the coarse body will transform into a pure body, the prana will dissolve into the central channel, the bindu will abide in an unmoving state, and the suchness of the three vajras will be realized, attaining the supreme state of the wisdom guru in this very life. Samaya (Sanskrit: समय, Romanized Sanskrit: samaya, Literal meaning: vow). The final sequence, or the subsequent sequence. Third, there are three aspects of the subsequent sequence: the subsequent sequence for each session, and the overall subsequent sequence of practice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next are the subsequent steps, entrusting (the Dharma activities) to the Dharma protectors and performing the sealing, etc. After the complete empowerment and all its necessary elements have been fulfilled, listen, sons of noble family: You have fully received the pith instructions for ripening and liberation in Vajrayana. Now, the instructions for the subsequent steps are as follows: First, all the practices of the preliminary and main parts should be carried out gradually according to the individual's capacity, that is, after experience arises in the previous stage, then enter the next stage; or according to your own situation, choose the method that suits you to practice; or through Guru Yoga, directly recognize naked awareness and maintain it; in any case, decide whether to fix the meditation session or not according to the situation. Beginners should shorten the time of each session, increase the number of sessions, and clearly visualize the object, which is very important. At the end of each session, you must generate Bodhicitta and make pure dedication and aspiration. Do not lose the essence of the experience and integrate it into daily behavior. In all circumstances, maintain the enthusiasm for practice. Even if you realize the state beyond thought in view, you must meticulously follow the law of cause and effect. In this way, cause and effect can appear as dependent origination. Dependent origination can be realized as emptiness. In this way, skillful means and wisdom can be united. When sleeping, focus the mind on the letter (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: A, Literal meaning: A) at the heart; when waking up, arise from the unborn Dharmadhatu of (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: A, Literal meaning: A) as the wisdom of the deity, mantra, and Dharmakaya. Walking and sitting are Vajra dances, and the activities of body and speech are the natural expression of coemergent great bliss. Eating and drinking is enjoying the great light of pure Dharmata. In short, in all states, transform ordinary appearances into the play of deity, mantra, and great bliss wisdom. These are the subsequent steps after each session. By diligently engaging in profound practice like this, external imbalances of the four elements will become obstacles to the body, internal channels, winds, and bindus will become obstacles to meditation, and secret samadhi will become obstacles to the mind. No matter what high or low experiences arise, do not suppress or promote them, but transform them into the path, merge with the experience, and maintain the state of awareness that is unspeakable and free from acceptance and rejection. In this way, just as a snake knot unties itself, obstacles will naturally dissolve, wisdom will arise from within, experience will continue to grow, and the realization of reality will gradually become stable. Therefore, like a child, do not pay too much attention to appearances; like a madman, cut off the bonds of hope and fear; like a lion, fearlessly and unreservedly travel everywhere, and play with the dakinis born in the fields and activities as you wish, thereby reaching the ultimate of asceticism. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
