How should one proceed? Third, relying on the yoga of Dharma to accomplish the great luminosity wisdom heart essence: At the end of the session, all samsara and nirvana, outer world and inner beings, dissolve into light, and in the form of light rays and rainbows, merge into the two bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बिन्दु, Sanskrit Romanization: bindu, Chinese literal meaning: bindu). The two bindus dissolve into the essence of great bliss emptiness, merging into the 'ཏྲང་' at the heart center. The light of the 'ཏྲང་' burning like a flame makes the solar and lunar boxes firm and stable. The lotus closes, protecting against any obstacles from entering. From the realm of wisdom, restore lost life, increase existing life, and contemplate that the increased life is stable and powerful, while maintaining natural and relaxed breathing. The eyes gaze into the sky, and the mind rests in a state of non-attachment, which is the uncommon practice of accomplishing life. Third, the subsequent practice: When rising from the session, recite the vowels, consonants, dependent origination mantra, and the hundred-syllable mantra three times each, to compensate for omissions and deficiencies, and to increase power. Make offerings, praises, and prayers. If desired, one can perform the heart essence supplication: Om! The essence is the realm of the luminous Dharmakaya, supplicate the heart essence of Samantabhadra. Gather the life essence of great wisdom, grant the unchanging primordial accomplishment. The nature is the perfect enjoyment body of great bliss emptiness, supplicate the heart essence of Vajrapani warrior. Gather the life essence of great bliss, grant the immutable eternal accomplishment. The emanation body that tames beings with compassion, supplicate the heart essence of the immaculate sage. Gather the life essence of all stable and moving things, grant the accomplishment of the vidyadhara. The immutable vajra body of the channels and elements, grant the accomplishment of immortal life. The speech of the five winds dissolving into the central channel, grant the accomplishment of disease-free essence. The heart of the bindu great bliss emptiness, grant the accomplishment of inexhaustible wealth. The realm of inconceivable wisdom, grant the accomplishment of unobstructed wisdom. Finally, recite: Sarva siddhi āveśaya āveśaya ā ājaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ (Tibetan: སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व सिद्धि आवेशय आवेशय आ आजः हुं बं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: Sarva siddhi āveśaya āveśaya ā ājaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ, Chinese literal meaning: All accomplishment, enter, enter, ah, ah, dza, hum, bam, hoh) many times. If performing a tsok offering, prepare clean and abundant white three and sweet three foods and drinks, purify with Ram Yam Kham (Tibetan: རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रँ यँ खँ, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ yaṃ khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Ram Yam Kham). 'Food is the enjoyment of the tsok offering, burn the clinging to reality with the fire of superior insight, destroy habitual patterns with the wind of dharmata, purify conceptual thoughts with the water of shamatha, in the state of emptiness and clarity, unconditioned, become a spontaneously accomplished supreme vessel, filled with the essence of uncontaminated great bliss nectar, transforming into clouds of wish-fulfilling jewels. Om Ah Hum! Om! Samantabhadra Vajradhara, immaculate sage, lord of life, three roots, ocean of retinue, please come here and enjoy the tsok offering. Confess the faults and downfalls of broken vows,' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
