Practicing continuously for six months as instructed is the external practice. Continuously enjoying the seven births (སྐྱེ་བདུན) mixed with nectar (བདུད་རྩི), dew (ངུ་མུ་ཟི), frog (སྦལ་པ), and dark purple beehive is the internal practice. If one practices deity visualization (ལྷ་བསྒོམ) and union with a consort who possesses the signs (ཕྱག་རྒྱ་མོ་མཚན་ལྡན) as an internal practice, it is the secret practice. The sixth meaning is the combination of different activities. What are the different activities? They are pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, subjugating, and accomplishing activities. The combination of nectar for pacifying activities: Mix nectar, the best part of feces, with one, two, or three fruits, white sandalwood, white mustard seed, and hawthorn bark to pacify eye diseases and poisoning. Mixing nectar with bear bile and the three hot spices can eliminate throat swelling and whooping cough. Mixing nectar with red and white bodhicitta, a large amount of fat, musk, and the six good medicines can pacify leprosy. Offering the five nectars, plus two srangs each of feces and ghee, and the flesh of golden arura soaked in milk and dried in the shade, mixed with the six good medicines, red and white sandalwood, the three hot spices, arura, vibhitaka, amalaki (the three fruits), stalactite, molasses, honey, white pine and fir, and sea salt, mixed with baesam medicinal oil, can eliminate the three types of disease and increase bodily nourishment. Also, mixing nectar with the three fruits, the six good medicines, bitter gentian, adhatoda vasica, valerian, red and white sandalwood, musk, honey, stalactite, and hawthorn can eliminate bile diseases. Also, mixing nectar with a large amount of fat, the three fruits, the three sweets, old molasses, and nutmeg can eliminate heart wind and dizziness. Also, mixing nectar with bile, coptis teeta, goldthread, and gentian and administering it can eliminate all meat poisoning. Also, mixing nectar with dog feces, fennel, rock lichen, oil, and ghee can protect against and pacify Mon poison. Mixing nectar with camphor, white mustard seed, coptis teeta, and broth made from boiled young lamb meat can eliminate all poisonous diseases, protect against them, and pacify them. Mixing nectar with ghee and white horse blood can clear upper body diseases and pacify sores. Mixing nectar with black guggul, myrrh, and neem can eliminate pox diseases. Mixing nectar, almond kernels, black guggul, and black shudak can pacify stomach heat diseases. Mixing nectar with dog dung, black guggul, and nectar ghee and applying it can pacify flesh tumors. Applying a mixture of nectar, pig fat, and guggul can pacify flesh splinters. Mixing nectar, myrrh, and guggul can pacify eye diseases and bone diseases.
