The right hand holds an object, the left hand holds a skull cup, mainly presenting the posture of the skull cup. At the heart, each respective seed syllable (Tibetan: ས་བོན, Devanagari: बीज, Romanized Sanskrit: bīja, Literal meaning: seed), and at the three places (body, speech, and mind) marked with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Furthermore, the Yidam (tutelary deity), Dakinis (sky dancers), and the Dharma protectors, the Samaya beings (oath-bound ones), gather like an ocean. All the guardians of medicine manifest like dense clouds. The light of the three syllables (Om Ah Hum) invites the wisdom beings (from their original state), just like visualization. Third, Inviting: Urging with earnest songs and the sound of musical instruments: Hum Hrih (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ), from the self-nature of the Dharmadhatu (realm of truth) free from elaboration, please manifest the victorious ones who gather all lineages. Out of compassion for me and all beings, please descend to this place. Om Ah Hum Vajra Maha Guru Deva Dakini Saparivara Vajra Samaja JAH HUM BAM HOH (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི། ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ). Fourth, Requesting to Abide: Hum, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times, in this supreme secret mandala, abide joyfully and firmly, like water merging into water without distinction. Samaya Tishtha Lhan (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ་ཏིཥྛ་ལྷན།). Fifth, Prostration: Hum Hrih, the Lama (guru), Yidam (tutelary deity), and Dakini (sky dancer), the source of blessings, accomplishments, and activities, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, I prostrate respectfully with body, speech, and mind. Namo Ati Puja Ho Prati Jaha Ho (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ཨ་ཏི་པཱུ་ཧོཿ པྲ་ཏཱི་ཛ་ཧོཿ). Sixth, Offering: Outer offerings, inner offerings, secret offerings, medicine offerings, blood offerings, Torma (ritual cake), and nine types of offerings such as songs and dances. First is the outer offering: Hum, flowers, incense, lamps, fragrances, food, pure water, musical instruments, etc., all arise from the source of all things, the treasury of space, to satisfy all of you, please accept these offerings. Om Ah Hum Vajra Maha Guru Deva Dakini Saparivara Argham Padyam… Shabda Pratichha Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་པཱ་དྱཾ་ནས། ཤབྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Second, Inner Offering: Hum, the flowers of the five senses such as the tongue, grand incense, the finest fragrance, lamps of melted butter, rich fragrance, scented water, food and ointment, skull drum, thighbone trumpet, the finest musical instruments. The three poisons (greed, hatred, ignorance) transform into the three bodies, the five poisons transform into the five wisdoms. Offering samsara and nirvana, appearance and existence, into the boundless expanse of great bliss. Om Ah Hum Vajra Maha Guru Deva Dakini Saparivara Rupa Shabda Gandhe Rasa Sparshe Pratichha Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་རཱུ་པ་ཤབྡ་གནྡྷེ་ར་ས་སྤཪྴེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). Third, Secret Offering: Hum, from the union of method and wisdom, the essence of the moon and bindu (essential drop), arise the red and white bodhicitta (enlightenment mind), the substance of great bliss wisdom, offering to the Lama (guru), Yidam (tutelary deity), and Dakini (sky dancer), please enjoy in the non-dual state. Om Ah Hum Vajra Maha Guru Deva Dakini Saparivara Bodhicitta Maha Sukha Gana Guhya Puja Ho (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་མ་ཧཱ་སུ་ཁ་ག་ཎ་གུ་ཧྱ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོཿ).
