The three types of meditation are as follows: Hūṃ! All phenomena are unattainable, free from elaboration, unborn, empty and clear, vast as the sky. Oṃ Mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva Ātmako'haṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤཱུནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:ॐ महाशून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham,Literal meaning: I am the self-nature of emptiness-wisdom-vajra). For sentient beings who have not realized this, meditate on unbearable, all-encompassing compassion. In order to accomplish the benefit of beings from the state of non-duality of emptiness and compassion, one's own mind transforms into a golden vajra. Second, generating the mandala of the support and the supported: From (one's own mind) emanates E, vast as the sky; from Yaṃ emanates the wind mandala; from Ra emanates the turbulent ocean of blood; from Suṃ emanates the vast land; from Keṃ emanates mountains of bones; from Raṃ emanates the fire of the eon blazing fiercely. In the center, from various Bhrūṃ (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,Literal meaning: Seed syllable) emanate, transforming into a wisdom palace complete with all characteristics such as halls, porches, and architraves. In the center, there is a four-petaled lotus, the sun and moon, the four maras, and a corpse seat. Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,Literal meaning: Seed syllable) Mahāriniśa, etc., are clearly manifest in the center and on the four petals. From this, light emanates, offering to the Buddhas, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings. Recalling, it transforms into a vajra kīla. It transforms into the perfection of mindfulness. Hayagrīva (马头明王) in union, the father and mother are red in color, with a horse's head on the crown, emitting the sound of a horse's neigh. The right hand raises the controlling vajra kīla, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with the blood of the four maras. They reside above the four maras in a posture of stretching and bending. United with Vajravarahi (金刚亥母). The mother's form is similar to the father, with a pig's face on the crown, making a grunting sound. Holding a kartrika and skull cup, she embraces the father. Sixteen years of age, a posture full of desire, the form of breasts and lotus blooming, visualize residing in the flames of the eon. On the petals in the four directions, such as the front, there are the four forms of dakinis of vajra, jewel, lotus, and karma, blue, yellow, red, and green, emitting light. The right and left hands hold a kartrika and skull cup respectively. Adorned with bone ornaments, with a wrathful smile, residing on corpses in a posture of stretching and bending dance. On the four petals of the lotus on the crown of the head, on the sun and moon seats, in the center is the guru Vajrasattva (金刚萨埵), the embodiment of all lineages. Blue and clear, with one face and two arms, the right hand holds the unchanging dharmata vajra, the left hand holds a skull cup filled with uncontaminated bliss, naked and adorned with precious bone ornaments, with a wrathful smile, sitting in a posture of ease. Embracing the mother of one's own awareness, blue-green, young and beautiful, a posture full of desire, extremely beautiful and captivating, holding a kartrika and skull cup.
