Having completed all the preliminary practices, now entering the main practice, which is the simultaneous accomplishment of self-generation and front-generation. Alternatively, as in the previous recitation, through reciting mantras and visualization, perform the self-generation deity's recitation and turning the mala. Afterward, through the recitation of the root mantra, visualize the mandala in front, along with its offerings, instantly transforming into a triangular, dark blue, blazing mandala. On a lotus and sun disc seat, visualize the front-generation wrathful king, Hayagriva (Tibetan: རྟ་མགྲིན་, meaning: Horse Neck), from there, visualize the flames of the kalpa fire blazing, dwelling within the flames. At the crown of the head, there is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Perfection), at the throat, there is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Generation), at the heart, there is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Destruction). From the Hum syllable, rays of light emanate, from the place of self-nature, Invite the Black Hayagriva, surrounded by the retinue of the eight classes of gods and haughty ones. From the invitation until after the praise. There is also a tradition of reciting before the offering. It is more convenient to recite after the offering and praise. When starting the recitation, use a mala suitable for wrathful deities, such as a bone mala or a skull mala. Place the mala in the palm of the left hand, with the string facing upwards, and then purify it. From emptiness, visualize each bead transforming from the Hum syllable into the form of Black Hayagriva. The wisdom being, identical to oneself, descends, Vajra Samaya Jah (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿ), Jah Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ), the two become inseparable. Visualize the deity dissolving into light, transforming into a garland of bleeding human heads. Recite: Om Ruchi Ramani Prabardhaye Hum Phet (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་རུ་ཙི་ར་མ་ཎི་པྲ་བརྡྷ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ), then blow on it and recite the vowels and consonants three times. The visualization for the recitation is: like pulling a rope, visualize that in the heart of both the self-generation and front-generation deities, there is a sun disc, and on the sun disc, there is a dark blue Hum syllable, surrounded by the root mantra. From the Hum syllable in the heart of the self-generation deity, chains of mantras with sparks of fire emanate, entering the mouth of the front-generation deity and dissolving into the Hum syllable in the heart, thereby stimulating its mind. From the foot of the Hum syllable, mantras emanate, entering the navel of the front-generation deity from the navel of the self-generation deity, dissolving into the Hum syllable in the heart, rotating like sparks. Visualize that all the diseases, evil spirits, and sins of oneself and others are burned by the light of the mantra and the sparks of the flames. Combining the root mantra with the razor-sharp action mantra is the accomplishment mantra, burning like a flame. At the end, arrange the torma decorated with flesh and blood, visualize the invitation and absorption, bless with the three syllables as before, and if simplified, only make the request for activity, if elaborate, then after praise and supplication, request activity and offer the torma, the rest is the same as during the recitation. That night, a grand gathering feast and other ceremonies can be held. In the evening session, take refuge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before accumulating the mind, first perform some self-generation visualization and recitation. The blessing of offerings is the same as the previous frontal generation visualization and recitation, but there is no need to bless the mala. Everything from the end of the session to the sleep yoga is as previously mentioned. At the beginning of the dawn session, except for the two tormas, everything else such as refuge, bodhicitta, accumulation of mind, and blessing of offerings has been completed. You can first perform a brief self-generation visualization and recitation, or do it simultaneously with the recitation of the root mantra, just like the image in a mirror. In any case, it is permissible to bless the mala according to the ritual, and then begin the recitation. Offering the torma and ending the session are all as before. At the end of the session, arise from the deity and perform virtuous deeds, etc. Enjoy food and drinks. The schedule for the three sessions of morning, noon, and evening is the same as the evening session of last night. Except for the sporadic sessions, all other sessions require taking refuge first, starting from refuge, bodhicitta, accumulation of mind, and blessing of offerings. Except for performing the actual ritual, no other preliminary practices and mala blessings are needed. In this way, through the sequence of four sessions, before the warmth of the cushion has disappeared, the generation stage should also be clear, pure, mindful, and stable, that is, performing flawless recitation in a way that possesses three characteristics. There is no need to determine the time of three weeks. Third, regarding the karma mantra: After completing the time of practice, it is necessary to practice for one week. The schedule of the session and the way of performing the ritual are no different from the practice, except that at the beginning of the recitation, recite the root mantra about a hundred times first. Then change the visualization of the recitation: visualize that in the heart of both yourself and the frontal deity, there is a sun, and on the sun there is a dark blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), surrounded by the root mantra. From the mantra chain in your heart, emit a mantra chain with flames, hitting the frontal deity, thereby stimulating its mindstream. The flames of the mantra have a strong and rough form, radiating light in ten directions, and at the same time that the light hits all the retinues, all parts of the bodies of yourself and the main deity emit countless emanations similar to yourself, holding weapons, going to all the places where the enemies are. Without hesitation, summon them, cut them into pieces with burning weapons, and burn them with the flames of the mantra. Visualize that all the main deities and retinues greedily enjoy the remaining flesh and blood. This is a visualization like firing a flame cannon. The wrathful mantra is: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
