Absorbed into the earth. Body obscurations purified, empowered to contemplate the supreme form. Until enlightenment, may you hold us with compassion! Whatever form, place it on the crown of the head. At the end of the mantra, recite 'Kaya' and bestow it. Āḥ! Supreme empowerment of speech, blessed compassionate one. Empowerment of the speech of the wish-fulfilling wheel, absorbed into the speech. Speech obscurations purified, empowered to contemplate the mantra transmission. Until enlightenment, may you hold us with compassion! Rosary mantra beads, place them on the throat. At the end of the mantra, recite 'Vak' and combine it. Hūṃ! Supreme empowerment of mind, blessed compassionate one. Empowerment of the mind of the wish-fulfilling wheel, bestow it upon the mind. Mind obscurations purified, empowered to contemplate the completion stage. Until enlightenment, may you hold us with compassion! Hand implement mirror, place it on the heart. At the end of the mantra, recite 'Citta' and bestow it. Commitment, recompense, offering, praise, confession. Wisdom beings descend, merge into the samaya. Dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, constantly practice. Easy to enter, complete and meaning condensed. Swift in power, great in blessing, auspicious. Unmatched by others, greatly wondrous. Ogyen (Padmasambhava) is my oath. Lhasas (son of gods) retinue, nail them to the heart. Whatever spreads throughout Tibet, accomplish it. There is no greater benefit to beings than this. If one receives an empowerment, there is no lower realm. If one meditates, there is happiness in both the temporary and ultimate states. Make this yidam your sole focus! Seal! Hidden! Profound! Entrusted! Secret! I, the supreme Guru Chokgyur Lingpa, through auspicious circumstances and skillful means, in Dokham's (a combination of Do and Kham regions) space treasury, at the sacred site where a thousand Buddha images are self-arisen. Seeing the entire landscape of Tibet, east of the lion-like soaring rock mountain, inside the auspicious deep cave, lighting a lamp, walking for about three tea times, at the entrance of Ogyen's (Padmasambhava) secret cave, taking the emanation of Great Bliss and Wish-Fulfilling Sovereign, protector deity images and samaya substances of great bliss, and from the cremation pyre box that could not be opened, many yellow scrolls belonging to one's own share, accepting them as accomplishments. Placing them in a silk bag, fleeing without looking back as prophesied. Later, descending at Orgyen Kagyu's retreat center, Dechen Ling, the scribe was my own disciple, mantra practitioner Karma Tsepel. May goodness increase! ༁ྃ༔ (Tibetan)! Within the Great Compassionate Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, there exists profound pith instructions. Homage to the self-arisen deity of Great Compassion! Relax your body and mind on the comfortable cushion, contemplate the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment and the ease of impermanence; Take refuge in the Lama and the Three Jewels, meditate on the faults of karma and cyclic existence; Generate unbearable love for all beings, and arouse compassion; Practice compassion and shed tears; Give your own happiness and virtue to beings, and take the suffering of all beings upon yourself; Exchange these two like the flow of breath; Think: I will accomplish Buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings; Generate the supreme mind of aspiration Bodhicitta; To accomplish all benefits for oneself and others, contemplate the conduct of a Bodhisattva; Thus, whoever practices diligently will accomplish the signs of great compassion; Samaya (Samaya, Vow/Precept)! To purify attachment to the body, visualize oneself and all appearances; All as the body of Great Compassion; Clear like the moon in water, a rainbow; Hold the mind one-pointedly, generate pride; If whatever appears arises as the body of the deity, then the path is opened; Accomplish the symbolic Great Compassion; Samaya (Samaya, Vow/Precept)! To purify attachment to speech, visualize speech and all sounds; All as the speech of Great Compassion; Recite sound and emptiness like an echo in a valley; If sound naturally arises as mantra, then the path is opened; Accomplish the Great Compassion of sound; Samaya (Samaya, Vow/Precept)! To purify attachment to the mind, view all phenomena as one's own mind; Examine the three aspects of the mind's nature: arising, abiding, and ceasing; No arising, like the sky; No ceasing, self-radiance appears like clouds; No abiding, empty and clear like space; Experience like a dream of a mute person; Inexpressible, like the bliss of a youth; The self-radiance of emptiness clearly arises; The compassion of clarity naturally arises; There is no meditation, nor is there distraction; With the yoga of a continuous stream; If conceptual thoughts are naturally liberated and the Dharmadhatu opens, then the path is opened; Accomplish the ultimate Great Compassion; Samaya (Samaya, Vow/Precept)!
