Meditate that Vajrasattva resides on the crown of your head. Fourth, the Empowerment of Qualities: Visualize a yellow seed syllable 'ཏྲཱཾ (Tibetan), त्राम् (Sanskrit Devanagari), trāṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), Deliverance)' at the child's navel. From there, rays of light emanate, gathering all the blessings of the qualities of all the Sugatas of the ten directions, and dissolving into the 'ཏྲཱཾ'. The 'ཏྲཱཾ' dissolves into light, and visualize it as the deity of qualities, Ratnasambhava (Jewel-born). Recite: Om namaḥ sarva tathāgata mahā guṇa vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ. ཏྲཱཾ (Tibetan), त्राम् (Sanskrit Devanagari), trāṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), Deliverance)! By the empowerment of the wisdom and qualities of all the Sugatas, may all afflictive obscurations be cleared away, and may the supreme empowerment of qualities be attained! Ratnasambhava dissolves into light and merges into the navel, transforming the aggregate of feeling into Ratnasambhava. As a sign of empowerment, meditate that Ratnasambhava resides on the left back of the ear. Fifth, the Empowerment of Activities: Visualize a green seed syllable 'ཧཱ (Tibetan), ह (Sanskrit Devanagari), hā (Sanskrit Romanization), Frighten)' at the child's secret place. From there, light radiates, gathering all the blessings of the activities of all the Sugatas of the ten directions, and dissolving into the 'ཧཱ'. The 'ཧཱ' dissolves into light, and visualize it as the deity of activities, Amoghasiddhi (Unfailing Accomplishment). Recite: Om sarva tathāgata mahā karma vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ. ཧཱ (Tibetan), ह (Sanskrit Devanagari), hā (Sanskrit Romanization), Frighten)! By the empowerment of the wisdom and activities of all the Sugatas, may all cognitive obscurations be cleared away, and may the supreme empowerment of activities be attained! Amoghasiddhi dissolves into light and merges into the secret place, thereby purifying the cognitive obscurations, transforming the aggregate of formation into Amoghasiddhi. As a sign of empowerment, meditate that the back of the neck is adorned with Buddha Amoghasiddhi. Sixth, the Empowerment of the Entirety of the Victorious Ones: Visualize the five heroic seed syllables at the five places of the disciple. From these, rays of light emanate, inviting all the Sugatas of the ten directions to appear in the form of the five families of Buddhas, dissolving into the seed syllables at your respective places, thereby transforming these into the five families of Buddhas, residing at the five places. Place the chakra seals at their respective positions. Recite: Om! Holding the body of all Buddhas, abiding in the body of all Buddhas. Ah! Holding the speech of all Buddhas, abiding in the speech of all Buddhas. Hum! Holding the mind of all Buddhas, abiding in the mind of all Buddhas. ཏྲཱཾ (Tibetan), त्राम् (Sanskrit Devanagari), trāṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), Deliverance)!
