In this mandala of compassion of the Three Roots, in order to purify obscurations and accumulate the two accumulations, with body, speech, and mind, with great devotion, single-mindedly and respectfully, I prostrate. Ati Pu Ho! Prati Dzah Ho! Offering: Outer Offerings Hrih! To the assembly of great compassionate deities, I offer the outer offerings: flowers, incense, lamps, fragrances, food, and musical sounds. I offer these to the deities of the Three Roots, requesting them to accept and bring me joy. Om Ah Hum Hrih. Om Mani Padme Hum. Vajra Puspe Dhupe Aloke Ghande Naividya Shabda Puja Ho! Inner Offering: Hrih! To the assembly of compassionate deities of the Three Roots, I offer the inner offerings: flowers of the senses, great incense, pure light, fragrances, and flesh-blood food, and thighbone trumpets. Transforming the three poisons into the mudras of the three kayas, transforming the five poisons into the five wisdoms, I offer them to the compassionate deities of the Three Roots, requesting them to accept and realize my own mind. To the assembly of compassionate deities of the Three Roots, I offer the secret offering: appearance as the father of skillful means, wisdom as the mother of emptiness, the union of the two in the indivisible secret space, the great bliss of red and white nectar, the equality of taste in union, without leakage. Bliss-emptiness, clarity-emptiness, awareness-emptiness, and sound-emptiness, non-conceptual, I offer as offerings. To increase splendor, I request you to accept. Om Ah Hum Hrih. Om Mani Padme Hum. Nectar Medicine Offering: Hrih! To the assembly of compassionate deities of the Three Roots, I offer the nectar medicine offering: compounded from eight roots and a thousand leaves, to purify the eight aggregates and a thousand afflictions, the joyful nectar with a hundred tastes, the qualities beyond expression, I offer to the compassionate deities of the Three Roots. To the assembly of compassionate deities of the Three Roots, I offer the blood offering: in a skull cup that severs self-grasping, filled with the blood that severs the ten bhumis, in the waves of self-purified desire, limbs severed by hatred float, thick fat congealed by ignorance, this blood that cuts off birth and death, I offer to the compassionate deities of the Three Roots.
