大悲尊身相，身色赤红一面四臂。 方便智慧无别，主臂双手结禅定印。 右下持红莲花鬘，左下持莲花茎。 双足等性跏趺坐，发髻竖立如堆叠。 头戴杂色丝绸宝冠，颈饰、手足饰以珍宝。 面带微笑慈眼视众生，观想为空明无实如空中彩虹。 右侧莲花日垫尸体上，本尊忿怒尊马头明王。 身色赤红一面二臂，右手持莲花手鼓于空中摇动。 左手持铁钩、银铃摇晃，红黄色头发竖立，以骷髅为饰。 顶髻绿色马头嘶鸣，眉毛胡须卷曲如火焰。 张口卷舌龇牙咧嘴，发出骇人声响。 身披八种尸陀林装束，威猛雄伟屹立于大海中央。 舞姿雄健立于火焰之中， ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字) 。 左侧莲花日月尸体上，空行母智慧瑜伽母。 身色赤红一面二臂，龇牙咧嘴眉毛赤红，三目圆睁。 左右手持弯刀和颅碗，头发披散垂落。 赤身佩戴六种骨饰，顶髻黑色猪面发出哼哼声。 发出 ཕེཾ་ཕེཾ་ཨཱ་རལླི་ (藏文，梵文天城体：फें फें आ रल्लि，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ pheṃ ā ralli，汉语字面意思：咒语) 之声，四部空行母于大海中央。 于火焰中呈舞蹈姿态， ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字) 。 自身顶上莲花日月之上，诸佛总集莲花生大士。 身色深蓝光芒万丈，头发竖立以丝绸发带束缚。 身着阿阇黎服饰，佩戴六种骨饰，右手摇动檀香木手鼓。 左手摇晃银铃，以八岁童子之姿舞蹈，光芒四射。 跏趺坐姿，降下加持暖乐，观想安住于持明者（Rigzin）大海中央。 身后护法誓盟众，听从号令执行一切事业。 光芒火焰交织，舞姿变幻，观想其形象不定威猛可怖。 前方父母六道众生，恭敬合掌，口中念诵六字真言。 观想显有诸法本自圆满，无碍显现。 智慧尊。

The embodiment of great compassion, with a red body, one face, and four arms. Undifferentiated in method and wisdom, the main hands joined in the gesture of meditation. The lower right hand holds a garland of red lotus flowers, the lower left hand holds the stem of a lotus flower. The two feet are in equal sameness, seated in the vajra posture, the hair piled up in a topknot. Adorned with a colorful silk diadem, the neck, hands, and feet are adorned with jewels. With a smiling face, gazing upon beings with loving eyes, visualize as clear and empty, unreal like a rainbow in the sky. On the right, on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat, the yidam (deity) is the heroic Hayagriva (Tamdrin), king of wrathful ones. With a red body, one face, and two arms, the right hand shakes a lotus damaru (hand drum) in the sky. The left hand rings an iron hook and a white silver bell, the red-yellow hair stands on end, adorned with skull ornaments. On the crown of the head, a green horse head neighs, the eyebrows and beard are swirling like flames. The mouth is open, the tongue is curled, the teeth are gnashing, and the sound of the palate is striking. Wearing the eight terrifying charnel ground garments, majestic and heroic, standing in the middle of the ocean. Dancing vigorously in the midst of flames, Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable). On the left, on a lotus, sun, moon, and corpse, the queen of secret wisdom, the dakini (khandro). With a red body, one face, and two arms, gnashing teeth, red eyebrows, and three wide eyes. The two hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup filled with blood, the hair is loose and flowing downwards. Naked, adorned with the six bone ornaments, on the crown of the head, a black pig face makes a grunting sound. Making the sound of Pheṃ Pheṃ Ā Ralli (藏文，梵文天城体：फें फें आ रल्लि，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ pheṃ ā ralli，汉语字面意思：Mantra), in the midst of the ocean of the four classes of dakinis. Standing in a dancing posture in the midst of flames, Hrīḥ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed syllable). On the lotus, sun, and moon above one's own head, the embodiment of all sugatas (Buddhas), Padmasambhava (Pemajungne). With a dark blue body, blazing with splendor, the hair stands on end, bound with a silk ribbon. Wearing the attire of an acharya (teacher), adorned with the six bone ornaments, the right hand shakes a sandalwood damaru. The left hand rings a white silver bell, dancing in the manner of an eight-year-old, surrounded by rays of light. Seated in the vajra posture, blazing with the warmth of blessing, visualize clearly in the midst of the ocean of vidyadharas (rigdzins). Behind, the ocean of dharma protectors and oath-bound ones, listening to commands and accomplishing all activities. Rays of light and sparks of fire are swirling, dancing with various gestures, visualize in an uncertain and terrifying manner. In front, the fathers, mothers, and sentient beings of the six realms, bowing with reverence, the sound of the mani mantra (Om Mani Padme Hum) resounding.
