祈请降临！你那无碍如彩虹般的意生身啊！请安住于这所缘的依处！ 第三，驱逐凶煞邪魔：供施食子，洒水。以‘嗡啊吽’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hum，汉语字面意思：身语意）加持三次。‘嗡，萨瓦，维格南，纳玛，萨瓦，达塔嘎喋，贝哟，维夏，穆凯，贝呀，萨瓦，塔，康，乌嘎喋，斯帕拉纳，伊芒，嘎嘎纳，康，格里内，伊当，巴林达，梭哈’（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵三次，将食子在左右旋转并回向。 ‘舍！这具足五妙欲的食子啊！献给对亡者生命有宿债和怨恨的你！献给活着的邪魔、死去的食肉鬼以及有宿债的你！愿你因这食子而欢喜满足！不要成为此亡者解脱的障碍！’ 说完向外抛弃。自己瞬间化为忿怒尊马头明王，红色，发出威猛的马鸣声，在智慧的火焰中屹立。 ‘那些阻断道路的，夺命、夺取光彩的凶煞魔众们！以威力、加持和威慑力将你们驱赶到别处！吽舍！我乃发出威猛马鸣声的尊者！上下十方，皆是忿怒的自性！光芒、光束、字句、兵器，以及彩虹、火焰，无量无边地战斗交织！对亡者造成损害的，夺命的邪魔鬼怪们！为了阻碍六道轮回之路！不要留在此处，到别处去！’ ‘嗡嘛呢呗美吽’（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om mani padme hum，汉语字面意思：莲花中的珍宝）！‘班玛达克日达吽’（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！‘嗡哈雅格里瓦吽’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om haya griva hum，汉语字面意思：马头明王）！‘嗡桑巴尼桑巴吽吽啪’（藏文：ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་ནི་སུམྦྷ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om sumbha ni sumbha hum hum phat，汉语字面意思）！‘嗡格里哈纳格里哈纳吽吽啪’（藏文：ཨོཾ་གྲྀཧྞ་གྲྀཧྞ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om grihna grihna hum hum phat，汉语字面意思：拿住，拿住）！‘嗡格里哈纳巴雅格里哈纳巴雅吽吽啪’（藏文：ཨོཾ་གྲྀཧྞ་པ་ཡ་གྲྀཧྞ་པ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om grihna paya grihna paya hum hum phat，汉语字面意思：饮，饮）！‘嗡阿纳雅吼！巴嘎万，维迪亚，ra扎雅，吽吽啪’（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ན་ཡ་ཧོ༔ བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་བིདྱཱ་རཱ་ཛ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om anaya ho! bhagavan vidya rajaya hum hum phat，汉语字面意思）！ 手持金刚杵，用芥子、芥末和古古律香的烟等驱逐并摧毁夺命的鬼怪。第四，净化罪障，消除恶业的方法：手持业瓶，从建立沐浴房开始，到沐浴、擦拭身体、供养衣服为止，都按照共同的方式进行，然后将沐浴水倒入业瓶中，在镜子上为亡者沐浴。 ‘舍！这是六度之水！能净化五毒的垢染！是圆满六度的水！愿以六度之水净化一切！向善于沐浴者顶礼！’ 念诵百字明后，念诵：‘一切罪障，萨瓦，帕邦，香亭，咕噜耶，梭哈’（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），进行外在的沐浴。在亡者的头顶上，观想怙主大悲观世音菩萨（Jowo Thukje Chenpo）千手千眼安住，从他的身体中降下甘露之水，所有的罪障都化为蓝、红色的彩虹，以及如烟雾般的黑色，从下身排出。

Bless with 'Om Ah Hum' (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hum，汉语字面意思：body, speech, and mind) three times. 'Om, Sarva, Vignaan, Nama, Sarva, Tathagata, Beyo, Vishwa, Mukhe, Beyah, Sarva, Ta, Kham, Ugataye, Sparana, Imam, Gagana, Kham, Grine, Idam, Balimta, Svaha' (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Recite three times, rotate the Torma to the left and right and dedicate it. 'Shri! This Torma endowed with the five desires! I offer it to you who have debts and grudges against the life of the deceased! To the living demons, the dead flesh-eating ghosts, and those with debts! May you be pleased and satisfied with this Torma! Do not be an obstacle to the liberation of this deceased!' After speaking, throw it away. Instantly transform yourself into the wrathful Hayagriva (马头明王), red in color, roaring with the sound of glory, standing in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom. 'Those who obstruct the path, the hordes of death-dealing, radiance-stealing executioner demons! With power, blessing, and awe, drive you elsewhere! Hum Shri! I am the one who roars with the sound of glory! Above and below, in the ten directions, are those of wrathful nature! Light and rays, letters and weapons, and rainbows and flames, fighting and clashing immeasurably! Those who harm this deceased! The demons and obstacles that take life! In order to obstruct the path of the six realms of samsara! Do not stay here, go elsewhere!' 'Om Mani Padme Hum' (藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om mani padme hum，汉语字面意思：The jewel in the lotus)! 'Om Grihna Paya Grihna Paya Hum Hum Phat' (藏文：ཨོཾ་གྲྀཧྞ་པ་ཡ་གྲྀཧྞ་པ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om grihna paya grihna paya hum hum phat，汉语字面意思：Drink, drink)! 'Om Anaya Ho! Bhagavan, Vidyaraja, Hum Hum Phat' (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ན་ཡ་ཧོ༔ བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་བིདྱཱ་རཱ་ཛ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：om anaya ho! bhagavan vidya rajaya hum hum phat，汉语字面意思)! Holding a vajra, expel and destroy the life-taking spirits with mustard seeds, mustard, and the smoke of Guggul incense. Fourth, the method of purifying sins and obscurations and exhausting bad karma: Holding the karma vase, from establishing the bathing room to bathing, wiping the body, and offering clothes, follow the common method, and then pour the bathing water into the karma vase, bathing the name of the deceased on the mirror. 'Shri! This is the water of the six perfections! It purifies the stains of the five poisons! It is the water that perfectly embodies the six perfections! May all be purified by the water of the perfections! I prostrate to the one who is skilled in bathing!' Following the Hundred Syllable Mantra, recite: 'All sins and obscurations, Sarva Papam, Shantim, Kuru Ye, Svaha' (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), for the external bathing. On the crown of the deceased's head, visualize Jowo Thukje Chenpo (怙主大悲观世音菩萨) with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes residing, and from his body, a stream of nectar descends, all sins and obscurations transform into rainbows of blue and red, and like smoke, black and foul, are expelled from the lower body. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
