Offering the Torma of Glorious Goddess, Hrīḥ In order to protect the sacred Buddhadharma, I pledged before the eyes of Master Padmasambhava: Glorious Goddess (Śrīdevī) with her retinue of the three realms, To the fortunate son (or daughter) of the lineage, Like body and shadow (protect), Accomplish the four activities. oṃ dhevi kali sapariwara samaya citta hring adhisthanam: Om, Goddess, Black Goddess, and her retinue, pledge, mind, Hring, blessing! Offering the Torma of the Black Heruka's Head, Hrīḥ In order to protect the sacred Buddhadharma, I pledged before the eyes of Master Padmasambhava: Black Heruka's Head, a gathering of great magical power, To the fortunate son (or daughter) of the lineage, Like body and shadow (protect), Accomplish the four activities. oṃ muṇḍa ka sa ye tsā ga sapariwara samaya citta hrīṃ adhiṣṭhānaṃ: Om, the beheaded one, Sa, Ye, Tsa, Ga, and her retinue, pledge, mind, Hring, blessing! Offering the Torma of the Rakshasa, Hrīḥ In order to protect the sacred Buddhadharma, I pledged before the eyes of Master Padmasambhava: Rakshasa (Rakshasa) Lanka (Lanka) Ten-faced and his retinue, To the fortunate (son/daughter) of the lineage, Like body and shadow (protect), Accomplish the four activities. oṃ rakṣa rāca sapariwara samaya citta hrīṃ adhiṣṭhānaṃ: Om, Rakshasa, King, and his retinue, pledge, mind, Hring, blessing! Offering the Torma of Māra's Heart-Flesh, Hrīḥ In order to protect the sacred Buddhadharma, I pledged before the eyes of Master Padmasambhava: Arrogant Māra's Heart-Flesh and his retinue, To the fortunate (son/daughter) of the lineage, Like body and shadow (protect), Accomplish (the four) activities. oṃ citta māra khāhi samaya citta hrīṃ adhiṣṭhānaṃ: Om, Mind, Mara, Eat, Pledge, Mind, Hring, Blessing! Offering the Torma of the Nāga, Hrīḥ In order to protect the sacred Buddhadharma, I pledged before the eyes of Master Padmasambhava: Nāgarāja (Nāgarāja) Tīpatsa (Tīpatsa) and his retinue, To the fortunate son (or daughter) of the lineage, Like body and shadow (protect), Accomplish whatever four activities are desired! oṃ nāga rakṣa sapariwara samaya citta hring adhisthanam: Om, Naga, Rakshasa, and his retinue, pledge, mind, Hring, blessing! Offering the Torma of Thangla, Hrīḥ In order to protect the sacred Buddhadharma, I pledged before the eyes of Master Padmasambhava: Thangla Gangtsen (Thanglha Gangtsen) couple and their children and retinue, To the fortunate son (or daughter) of the lineage, Like body and shadow (protect), Accomplish (the four) activities. oṃ dheva tsantri phu sapariwara samaya citta hring adhisthanam: Om, God, Tsantri, Phu, and his retinue, pledge, mind, Hring, blessing! Then, the Rakshasa or skull garland, half held by the Guru, half given to the disciple, Hrīḥ The compassionate mantra string of the Guru Supreme Hayagriva, Like a continuous thread, Is absorbed into the mouth of the fortunate child, Thereby gaining power over the lives of the arrogant, May all four activities be accomplished! Visualize the rays of mantra light passing from the heart of Guru Yeshe (Yeshe) through the mala and dissolving into your throats, and then follow the recitation of all the mantras. According to the clear instructions in the mantra collection, add the subduing mantra to the beginning of each of the seven protective mantra sections, and then follow the recitation. Then, collect all the tormas in one container and place it at the heart of the disciple.
