Then (visualize): In the hearts of the three main deities (Avalokiteśvara, Hayagriva, Amitabha), on top of the moon disc, the syllable 'Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable)' is surrounded by the six-character mantra. Visualize accumulation, purification, and accomplishment on the outside. After visualizing in this way, in the hearts of the main deity and Hayagriva, Amitabha, on top of the moon disc, the syllable 'Hrīḥ' burns like a lamp, surrounded by a chain of mantras. Then, from one's own root heart, the mantra chain emits white light, touching the bodies of all the departed. The supreme body feels pleased, and accomplishments are obtained. Merging into oneself, this light purifies the physical obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and the bodies of sentient beings all become free. The jewel in the lotus)', to the best of one's ability. From the heart of Amitabha at the crown of the head, the mantra chain emits red light, touching the speech of all the departed. The speech feels pleased, and the accomplishments of speech are gathered. Purify the speech obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and the speech of sentient beings all becomes free. Recite 'Om Mani Padme Hum'. From the mantra chain in the heart of Hayagriva, deep blue light emits, touching the minds of all the departed. The supreme mind feels pleased, and accomplishments are obtained. Merging into oneself, this light purifies the mental obscurations of sentient beings in the three realms, and the minds of all sentient beings become free. Recite 'Om Mani Padme Hum'. Recite the six-character mantra in a peaceful and gentle tone, slowly and melodiously, like the call of a peacock. Second, the recitation of cutting through with inner wrath: Visualize oneself as the three main deities, from the heart, the mantra chain transforms into an angry manifestation, holding weapons, uttering the sound 'Phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Cut)' from the mouth, emitting the sound 'Tsa Tsa'. Filling the three thousand worlds, for those who cannot be subdued by peace, strike and cut through the demons, enemies, and obstacles. All of these become servants. Recite 'Om Ah Hum Hrih (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओँ आः हूँ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Body, speech, and mind seed syllables), Om Mani Padme Hum Phaṭ'. Recite these eleven syllables with a loud, thunderous voice, to the best of one's ability. Third, the recitation of secret meaning: Thus, the supreme deities of the three bodies (Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya) merge into one's own great compassion, completely without separation, abiding in the deity of non-dual meaning. Understanding in this way, recite 'Om' and 'Ma' as the breath enters, recite 'Ni' and 'Pad' as it abides, and recite 'Me' and 'Hum Hrih' as it exits. Sound, breath, and mantra are inseparable, combined with Vajra recitation, recite to the best of one's ability. If feeling tired, one can also recite orally as one wishes. Fourth, the recitation of revealing the nature of reality: Hrih, appearance is the image of great compassion, observe the mind that is free from grasping and being grasped. All appearances are self-appearances, how wonderful is wisdom awareness! Om Mani Padme Hum. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
