以此行之。第八，赞颂： ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）！ 从智慧觉性中生起的法身， 自生大悲观世音菩萨。 身色洁白如雪山日出， 向无垢的烦恼尘埃顶礼赞颂。 三世诸佛的化身语， 从ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字的流射与收摄中， 显现光明不变的莲花色， 向救护一切恶趣之主赞颂。 身红，系念众生之利益， 与方便智慧无二之明妃相拥抱， 具有轮回涅槃平等之手印， 向救护一切痛苦之主赞颂。 外内遣除违缘，手持长寿宝瓶， 珍宝严饰，跏趺而坐， 不贪欲乐，安住莲花座， 向大悲之主赞颂。 与红色明妃相合，乐空双运， 手持断除三毒之弯刀， 赐予无漏之乐，具足甘露之力， 向安乐逝者之母赞颂。 右侧，土地之子恭敬顶礼， 显现大乐光明之身， 手持无垢洁白之莲花鬘， 向持有如意宝者赞颂。 左侧，持明瑜伽母恭敬顶礼， 示现空明之身，青绿色， 以乌 উৎপལ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：乌 উৎপལ་）莲花鬘为标志， 向智慧空性之虚空赞颂。 五部怙主为四门守护， 马头金刚五部本尊及佛母， 自在母、六能仁、千佛， 向空行护法之海赞颂。 对于一切应顶礼者， 以等同于无量刹土微尘数之， 身躯恭敬顶礼， 以最胜之虔诚顶礼赞颂。 第九，念诵：于心间莲月上，ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字周围环绕咒鬘， 从中放光，供养圣众，利益有情， 将显现、声响、觉知三种，转化为本尊、咒语、 法身。 收摄融入自身，获得殊胜成就。 以此观想，念诵： ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍）七字真言，尽力而为。 ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཕཊ་ཛཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍 啪 匝）！ ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་ཏ་ཧྱ་གྲཱི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 班杂 卓达 哈呀 哥里瓦 吽 啪）！ ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍）！ 以上三种咒语各自稍微念诵。 每念诵一千遍时，如经中所说，迎请智慧本尊降临等，进行千供或最终进行供养赞颂。 第十，获得成就：观想大悲本尊众， 祈请赐予殊胜成就之瑜伽士及道友， 无死长寿及不离之护身符， 共同成就与不共殊胜成就。 祈请为具缘弟子灌顶， 虽成就之自性不可得， 然于不可得之中，以大悲力， 祈请当下即赐予。 ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍）！ ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་སིད（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：身语意悉地）！

Body color clear white like the sun rising on a snow mountain, I prostrate and praise the one free from the stain of afflictions. The speech embodying the Buddhas of the three times, From the emanation and absorption of the syllable Hrih! (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable) Manifesting the clear and unchanging color of the lotus, I praise the lord who protects all lower realms. Body red, attached to the benefit of beings, Embracing the consort inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, Possessing the mudra of equality between samsara and nirvana, I praise the lord who protects all suffering. Eliminating outer and inner obstacles, holding the vase of longevity, Adorned with precious ornaments, seated in vajra posture, Without attachment to desirable qualities, seated on a lotus seat, I praise the lord of great compassion. United with the red secret consort, bliss and emptiness inseparable, Holding the curved knife that cuts the root of the three poisons, Bestowing uncontaminated bliss, possessing the power of nectar, I praise the great mother of the Sugatas. On the right, the son of the earth respectfully bows, Manifesting the body of clear great bliss, Holding a garland of immaculate white lotuses, I praise the one who holds the wish-fulfilling jewel. On the left, the vidyadhara yogini respectfully bows, Showing the body of clear emptiness, green-blue in color, Marked with the signs of Utpala lotus garlands, I praise the space of wisdom emptiness. The five families of heroes are the four gatekeepers, Hayagriva, the five families of deities and consorts, The powerful mother, the six Thubpas, the thousand Buddhas, I praise the ocean of dakinis and dharma protectors. To all those worthy of prostration, With bodies bowed as numerous as the dust particles of all realms, In every way, I prostrate and praise with supreme devotion. Ninth, recitation: On the lotus moon at the heart, Hrih! (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Seed Syllable) surrounded by a mantra garland, From which light radiates, offering to the noble ones, benefiting beings, Transforming appearance, sound, and thought into deity, mantra, And Dharmakaya. Absorbing back into oneself, attaining supreme accomplishment. With this visualization, recite: Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍) the seven-syllable mantra as much as possible. Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih Phet Dza! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽 舍 啪 匝)! Om Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Hum Phet! Tenth, obtaining accomplishments: Visualize the assembly of the Great Compassionate One, Praying to bestow upon the supreme accomplished yogi and spiritual friends, The immortal life and inseparable protection, Common and supreme uncommon accomplishments. Praying to empower the fortunate disciples, Although the nature of accomplishment is unattainable, Yet within the unattainable, through the power of great compassion, I pray that it be bestowed right now.
