嗡(ōng)，阿(ā)，吽(hōng)！以三者加持，嗡(ōng)，阿(ā)，吽(hōng)！自身为大悲坛城，日夜时时，以外内供养，圆满二资粮，成就佛果！萨瓦 达塔 嘎塔 嘎纳 扎卡拉 卡嘿！（梵文：sarva tathāgata ghana chakra la kha hi，一切如来众轮，享用！），献供后享用。残食施予鸟犬。以回向增长，念诵百字明。于无缘中解脱。萨玛雅！（三昧耶！），（种子字：ཟ） 大悲观音修持者，修持大悲，布施食子。陈设所有供品，以让(ràng)、扬(yáng)、康(kāng)净化，以嗡(ōng)、阿(ā)、吽(hōng)三字化为甘露。于虚空四方，五大洲中央，观想大悲观音诸圣众。东方观想三宝，南方观想护法，西方观想财神，北方观想六道地主。嗡 萨瓦 布扎 巴林 达 卡让 卡嘿！（梵文：oṃ sarva pūca bha liṃ ta kha raṃ khā hi，嗡，一切供养，食子供品，享用！），如是供养。之后回向发愿。第四品完。萨玛雅！（三昧耶！），印印印！（手印手印手印！），（种子字：འ） 大悲观音瑜伽士，若于睡梦中受持，则于自身睡眠时，于心间八瓣莲花之中，大悲观音如指甲般大小，如明灯般清晰，勿散乱，专注其上，则可于光明中解脱，成就佛果。第五品完。萨玛雅！（三昧耶！），印印印！（手印手印手印！），（种子字：ཡ） 大悲观音瑜伽士，若于寒冷中受持，则收摄风息，身体首尾相接，双腿之上放置胸膛，膝盖紧贴胸前，双手交叠抱紧，观想自身如火球般燃烧，如是修持，三日内可抵御单衣之寒冷。第六品完。萨玛雅！（三昧耶！），印印印！（手印手印手印！），（种子字：ར） 大悲观音瑜伽士，若于饥饿中受持，则制作如拇指般大小之丸药，念诵嗡(ōng)，阿(ā)，吽(hōng)！嗡(ōng) 嘛呢 贝美 吽(māṇi padme hūṃ) 舍！（藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文：oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：om mani padme hum，汉语字面意思：嗡，莲花生，吽！），嗡(ōng) 扎格 耶 舍 诃热呢萨！（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀྲུག་ཡེ་ཧྲཱིཿཧ་རི་ནི་ས，梵文：oṃ kruk ye hrīḥ ha ri ni sa，梵文罗马拟音：om kruk ye hrih ha ri ni sa，汉语字面意思：嗡，忿怒，舍，诃热呢萨！），悉地 帕拉 舍！（藏文：སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧྲཱི，梵文：siddhi pha la hrī，梵文罗马拟音：siddhi pha la hri，汉语字面意思：成就，果，舍！），一千遍。吞服二十一颗，上下旋转，饮用一勺酥油，七日后可消除饥荒之苦，一月内可成就空行之果。第七品完。萨玛雅！（三昧耶！），印印印！（手印手印手印！），（种子字：无） 大悲观音瑜伽士，若欲于恐惧中受持，则前往寂静之处，心专注大悲观音，不执着此身，随其所取，食其肉，饮其血，啃其骨，若未腐烂则生食，若已腐烂则熟食，如是放下一切，安住其中，则天龙鬼神无法忍受，必将赐予成就。第八品完。萨玛雅！（三昧耶！），印印印！（手印手印手印！），（种子字：ཤ） 大悲观音瑜伽士

Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Blessed by the three syllables. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! One's own body is the maṇḍala of compassion. Day and night, at all times, by offering this outer and inner gaṇacakra, may the two accumulations be perfected and Buddhahood be attained! Sarva tathāgata ghana chakra la kha hi! (Sanskrit: sarva tathāgata ghana chakra la kha hi, meaning: All Tathagatas, assembly wheel, enjoy!), Offer and partake. Give the leftovers to birds and dogs. Increase with dedication, recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Release into non-objectification. Samaya! (Sacred bond!), (Seed syllable: ཟ) The practitioner of Great Compassion, meditating on Great Compassion, gives the torma. Arranges whatever is available. Purifies with raṃ yaṃ khaṃ. Transforms into nectar with oṃ āḥ hūṃ. In the center of the sky and the five continents, contemplates the assembly of deities of Great Compassion. In the east, contemplates the Three Jewels. In the south, the Dharma protectors. In the west, the lords of wealth. In the north, the lords of the six realms. Oṃ sarva pūca bha liṃ ta kha raṃ khā hi! (Sanskrit: oṃ sarva pūca bha liṃ ta kha raṃ khā hi, meaning: Om, all offerings, food offerings, enjoy!), Thus offer. Afterwards, dedicate and make aspirations. Chapter Four is complete. Samaya! (Sacred bond!), Seal! Seal! Seal! (Hand gestures! Hand gestures! Hand gestures!), (Seed syllable: འ) The yogi of Great Compassion, if carried in a dream, in the heart of one's own sleeping body, within an eight-petaled lotus, Great Compassion, the size of a fingernail, clear like a lamp, without distraction, focusing the mind, will be liberated into clear light and attain Buddhahood. Chapter Five is complete. Samaya! (Sacred bond!), Seal! Seal! Seal! (Hand gestures! Hand gestures! Hand gestures!), (Seed syllable: ཡ) The yogi of Great Compassion, if carried through the cold, holds the breath, curls the body head to tail, places the chest on the legs, presses the knees to the chest, clasps the hands together, contemplates one's own body as a ball of fire, igniting the fire, after three days, one can endure a single cloth. Chapter Six is complete. Samaya! (Sacred bond!), Seal! Seal! Seal! (Hand gestures! Hand gestures! Hand gestures!), (Seed syllable: ར) The yogi of Great Compassion, if carried through hunger, makes pills the size of a thumb, recites Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ Hrīḥ! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Romanization: om mani padme hum, Literal meaning: Om, jewel in the lotus, Hum!), Oṃ Kruk Ye Hrīḥ Ha Ri Ni Sa! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཀྲུག་ཡེ་ཧྲཱིཿཧ་རི་ནི་ས，Sanskrit: oṃ kruk ye hrīḥ ha ri ni sa, Romanization: om kruk ye hrih ha ri ni sa, Literal meaning: Om, Wrathful, Hrih, Ha Ri Ni Sa!), Siddhi Pha La Hrīḥ! (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧྲཱི，Sanskrit: siddhi pha la hrī, Romanization: siddhi pha la hri, Literal meaning: Accomplishment, Fruit, Hrih!), one thousand times. Swallows twenty-one, rotates up and down, pours a spoonful of ghee, after seven days, the suffering of famine will be pacified, in one month, the conduct of the sky will be accomplished. Hand gestures!), (Seed syllable: None) The yogi of Great Compassion, if wishing to carry through fear, goes to a desolate place, focuses the mind on Great Compassion, without attachment to this body, whatever is carried, eats its flesh, drinks its blood, gnaws its bones, if not rotten, eats it raw, if rotten, eats it cooked, thus abandoning all thoughts, abiding in it, the gods and demons will be unbearable and will come to grant siddhis.
