The essence of the Torma is Tsé ril (longevity pills), to its right is nectar longevity wine, and to its left is pure water, the essence of rakta (blood). An arrow and banner are sufficient. Whether elaborate or concise, arrange whatever offerings are available around the perimeter. Then, proceed with refuge and bodhicitta, the seven-branch offering, self-generation, and mantra recitation. Om Swabhava Shuddhah Sarva Dharma Swabhava Shuddho Ham (藏文:ༀ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:ॐ स्वभावा शुद्धः सर्वधर्माः स्वभावा शुद्धोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarvadharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho'haṃ,English literal meaning: Om, purity of nature, all dharmas, purity of nature, I). Transform into emptiness. From emptiness, from Pam (藏文:པཾ།) arises a lotus, from A (藏文:ཨ་།) arises a moon disc, from Ram (藏文:རཾ།) arises a sun disc. In the center, visualize yourself as the powerful Hayagriva, the seed syllable at your heart is a red Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ). From the Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) syllable, emanates a Bhrum (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ།) syllable, which descends into the center of the mandala in front. It dissolves into light, transforming into a precious jewel vase, wide and vast, with a narrow base, a bulging belly, a slender neck, an open mouth, and drooping lips. Its neck is bound with a divine Pañcalika (藏文:པཉྩ་ལི་ཀ) garment, and its mouth is adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree. Inside, it is filled with divine substances and the twenty-five essences. The outer form is that of a vase, while the inner form is a square palace, complete with ornaments and celestial horses. In the center, on a red lotus and a moon disc, from Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ) arises the Bhagavan Amitayus (Tsepakmé) (无量寿), with a body color like red coral, one face, two arms, and two legs in the lotus posture. The two hands hold a vase made of seven precious jewels, adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree, filled with the nectar of immortal life. The upper body is draped with a white silk upper garment, and the lower body is clothed in various silk garments. He is adorned with a crown, earrings, necklace, armlets, bracelets, anklets, and a girdle of Zambu River gold, as well as various silk and jewel ornaments. He is adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks of perfection. Radiating light and rays, appearing but without inherent existence, clear like a rainbow, in his lap is the white-clad consort, with a clear red complexion. Her right hand holds a lotus rosary, embracing the father's neck, while her left hand holds the longevity vase near the father's ear. The father and mother are inseparable, a blazing mass of light. To the east is Vajra Amitayus (金刚无量寿), to the south is Ratna Amitayus (宝生无量寿), to the west is Buddha Amitayus (阿弥陀无量寿), and to the north is Karma Amitayus (不空成就无量寿). All are adorned with various silk and jewel ornaments, and their hands hold the immortal --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
