Visualize your entire body filled with the nectar of longevity. Recite 'Om Ayurjñana Amaraṇi Jīvanti Vajra Ayuṣe Svāhā' (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།), as much as possible, whether it be a hundred thousand, a million, or more. During this time, make the following supplication: 'Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱི༔)! Supreme deity of longevity, embodiment of Vajra, essence of immortality, gathering the essence of nectar from all phenomena of existence and non-existence, grant me the siddhi of immortal life.' Make this supplication in four sessions. Afterwards, visualize the Lama Amitayus (Tshe dpag med) dissolving from your crown. Transform yourself into the Yidam Amitayus, with the syllable Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) at your heart surrounded by a rotating mantra garland, radiating light that gathers all the pure essence of longevity from the external world, internal beings, and the entirety of samsara and nirvana, dissolving into yourself. Believe that you have attained the Vidyadhara (Rig-'dzin) of longevity. In daily practice, recite 'Om Amaraṇi Jīvanti Svāhā' (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།), as much as you can, and make supplications. Visualize your body as a single golden Vajra, and then rest in a state of non-differentiation. 'Eti (藏文：ཨྠྀི་༔)! Padmasambhava (Padma 'byung) is the essence of my heart. In the future, at the end of the aeon, when people have short lives and limited resources, this profound and easy-to-practice method, this unique teaching not shown to everyone, if practiced continuously, will lead to the attainment of the Vidyadhara of Vajra longevity, and enlightenment in one lifetime, without doubt. May it meet with those who have the fortune.' Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ༔)! Seal, seal, seal (藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔)! The visualization of the front generation: In front, the main deity of the vase and mandala, Amitayus in union (Tshe dpag med yab yum), the five families of longevity deities in union (Tshe lha rigs lnga yab yum), the swift goddess of longevity (tshe'i lha mo mgyogs ma), visualize all these deities clearly and completely, without mixing. At the heart of the main deity, on a moon disc, is a red Hrih (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) syllable with a mantra garland rotating clockwise. Visualize yourself as the Yidam Amitayus, radiating light from the mantra, dissolving into the hearts of all the deities in the front generation. Invoke the commitment of the deities. From them, light radiates, gathering all the pure essence of the external world, the elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, in the form of yellow light, dissolving into the vase in Amitayus' hands and the mantra garland at his heart, filling it with the essence of immortal life. The light of overflowing nectar, like a string of beads, coils around the cord of compassion and dissolves into your heart. Visualize your body filled with immortal nectar, attaining the siddhi of longevity, and on this basis, combine the approaching, practicing, and activity into one, reciting this mantra with unwavering concentration: 'Om Guru Ayurjñana Hum Bhrum Nri Jaḥ Siddhi Pala Hum Amaraṇi Jīvanti Svāhā' (藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛཿསིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). May the accomplishment of longevity be attained. At the appropriate time, pray thus: Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ, seed syllable, stainless, great compassion). Supreme deity, the embodiment of Tsewang Dorje (ཚེ་དབང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ, Long Life Empowerment Vajra), Of all outer and inner vessels, samsara and nirvana, Having gathered the essence of immortal nectar, Grant me the accomplishment of immortal life. Pray thus and swallow saliva, visualizing the body filled with the nectar of longevity. Again, from the heart of Tsepakme (ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་, Amitayus) radiate light, Gathering the life essence, merit, radiance, majesty, power, fame, wealth, and enjoyment of all sentient beings within, as well as gods, nagas, yakshas, medicine gods, immortals, human kings, and powerful beings, Into a red light, dissolving into the vase and mala of Tsepakme, the light filled with immortal life essence, coiling like a string of beads on the thread of compassion, dissolving into oneself. Visualize the entire body filled with immortal nectar, attaining the accomplishment of longevity, focus without distraction, and recite the mantra and pray as before. Again, from the mandala deities radiate light, Going to the pure land of longevity, Sukhavati, and the pure realms of the five families and three bodies, All the blessings, empowerments, accomplishments, compassion, and power of all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, long-life vidyadharas, heroes, and heroines residing there, Gathered into the nature of blue light, dissolving into the mantra and vase of Tsepakme, Filled with immortal life essence. The light coils like a string of beads on the thread of compassion, dissolving into oneself. Visualize the entire body filled with immortal nectar, attaining the accomplishment of longevity, focus, recite, and pray. Again, from the heart of oneself as the yidam Tsepakme, the light of the mantra goes through the thread, stimulating the samaya of the deities of the front generation mandala.
