May all the longevity deities of the five directions—east, south, west, north, and center—gather the essence of life, and firmly plant it in the three doors of fortunate children, so that they may realize the meaning of birthlessness and deathlessness! Om Ah Hum Guru Ayurjnana Hum Bhrum Nri Jah Siddhi Phala Hum Amarani Jivanti Svaha! The deities of longevity should be urged to keep their vows, and arrows and banners should be waved in the mandala and in all directions, while visualizing the summoning and absorption of life, and making it stable. Thus, the secret path of longevity practice is the self-generation and the front generation of the vase of Chakrilma. The meaning of the easily carried out activities of the co-emergent completion of longevity is based on one's own government, with only a few words translated and transformed, and the blessings and so on that I have added, and the visualization sequence of the front generation longevity recitation is abbreviated and propagated as in the longevity guidance oral transmission. The longevity invocation, summoning, and absorption are taken from the secret essence of longevity practice. In general, it is important to apply oneself to any approach, especially to the types of longevity practice, with clear and stable self-front visualization, and without interrupting the mantra recitation with idle talk, but diligently without distraction.
