Everything is filled with the three syllables ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan), अ नृ हुं (Sanskrit Devanagari), a nṛ hūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), meaningless, seed syllables). From the heart of the deity, light radiates from the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan), ह्रीः (Sanskrit Devanagari), hrīḥ (Sanskrit Romanization), great compassion). The messengers, the swift goddesses, are sent to summon and gather life. They are of various colors—white, yellow, red, and green—holding arrows, banners, life vases, iron hooks, and lassos. Countless in number, they fill the sky and the earth. They gather back the life force of beings and those to be protected, which has been stolen by demons, obstructors, spirits, and arrogant ones. They also gather the essence of life from all stable and moving things in the environment, along with compassion, blessings, power, and all accomplishments, in the form of ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan), अ नृ हुं (Sanskrit Devanagari), a nṛ hūṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), meaningless, seed syllables), and dissolve them into oneself and the assembly of deities in front. Imagine that all the deities are reciting the sound of the immortal life mantra 'ཏི་རི་རི་', and make supplications. Whether for oneself or others, it is important to have a clear visualization of the deity, accurate recitation of the mantra, and to keep the mind focused on the coming and going of the visualization. Meaningless chatter, random thoughts, and uncontrolled wandering during recitation do not lead to the path of secret mantra. By practicing visualization and recitation of the deity, mantra, and samadhi without distraction, unimaginable signs and benefits will arise. In particular, one may find a vajra, or dream of garlands of flowers, or the water in the vase may overflow, or green shoots may grow, and one may even meet the deity in waking or dream states. At that time, take the water from the vase, the samaya substances, and the accomplished substances. May I, Orgyen (Padmasambhava), have the same youth and life force, and may I meet the disciples with whom I have karmic connections in the future. ཨྠྀི་ (Tibetan), no corresponding Sanskrit, no corresponding Sanskrit Romanization, auspicious and complete). To bestow the supreme life, please reside in great bliss. I prostrate with body, speech, and mind, completely purified. I offer the supreme outer, inner, and secret offerings, the self-arisen eight roots and thousands of mixed amritas, the rakta that subdues the five poisons, and the tormas with six tastes and essence, the essence of life.
