White at the brow, red at the throat, dark blue at the heart, Vajrakumara (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་གཞོན་ནུ།) at the navel, Manifest Perfect King (Tibetan: མངོན་རྫོགས་རྒྱལ་པོ།) at the secret place, Subduer of All Arrogance (Tibetan: དྲེགས་པ་ཀུན་འདུལ།) on the right thigh, Powerful Black One (Tibetan: སྟོབས་ལྡན་ནག་པོ།) on the left thigh. Visualize all of these as dark blue, one face, two arms, holding implements and ornaments, similar to the main deity. Transform ordinary body and mind clinging into the body and pride of the Great Glorious One, and initially transform all appearances into the illusory body of the deity. First adjust, then practice the uncreated, self-arisen luminosity samadhi. At the heart of the main deity is the unchanging heart essence, the blue Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), like a burning flame, focus on this. Visualize all sounds as the self-sound of the Hum syllable buzzing, and recite the Hum syllable as much as possible. If you want to clarify these with scriptures, you can say: 'Visualize yourself as the Great Glorious Heruka, with the same mudra. The outer form of the body is the immeasurable palace, the inner channels, winds, and bindus are the realm, inseparable from the mind is the mandala. At the crown of the head is the Guru Vajradharma (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཆོས།), at the five places are Yamantaka, Hayagriva, and Shri Vajrakila (Tibetan: གཤིན་རྗེ་རྟ་མཆོག་དཔལ།), Reality is Chakrasamvara and Vajrakilaya (Tibetan: ཡང་དག་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ།), Jewel is the Unsurpassed, on the right and left thighs are the Arrogant Ones, Wrathful Mantra Deities (Tibetan: དྲེགས་པ་དྲག་སྔགས་ལྷ་ཚོགས་གསལ།). Focus the mind on the heart essence Hum syllable and recite.' Thus, if you are familiar with this, you can accomplish the complete body isolation by relying on the complete generation stage established on the basis of manifest existence. Second, the actual guidance has five stages: mantra, mind, illusory body, luminosity, and union stage. First, the mantra stage: If the body isolation of merely manifesting as the deity's body is not accomplished properly, then rely on the complete generation stage, straighten the body well, exhale three times from the left, right, and middle nostrils to expel toxins. Visualize your own body as the Great Glorious One, appearing but without inherent existence, like the moon in water, the body is empty inside, in the center, visualize the upper, middle, and lower channels (Tibetan: རྩ་དབུ་རྐྱང་རོ་མ།), the four wheels of the crown, throat, heart, and navel are clear and transparent, without impurities, visualize as usual, and make it appear clearly. Again, exhale slowly and long once, and then relax naturally for a moment. Then, visualize that the breath entering is in the sound of Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), passing through the two nostrils and entering the central channel. When staying, visualize the breath as the sound of Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah), and prolong and hold it as long as possible. When exhaling, visualize the breath as the sound of Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and exhale slowly. Thus, the Vajra recitation combining the three stages of entering, staying, and exhaling with the three seed syllables should be done with one-pointed concentration. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize the number, color, and tactile sensation of the winds, and see the signs that are clear in the mind and in manifestation. Eventually, the end of sound will mature into the indestructible, self-born Vajra mantra (Tibetan: སྔགས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मंत्र, Sanskrit Romanization: mantra, Chinese literal meaning: true words), thereby giving rise to the Samadhi of the union of clarity and emptiness. To enhance its power, fill and release the upper and lower winds in conjunction. If it is not possible, then exhale the remaining wind completely, practicing the vase breathing with four combinations. Then, ignite the Tummo from above to generate heat: the body should adopt six postures. Visualize yourself as Mahakala, with three channels and four chakras, and in the center of the navel chakra, visualize the bright red letter རྃ་ (Tibetan: རྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Chinese literal meaning: fire), whose essence is a Dakini. Stimulated by the wind practice of vase breathing, an extremely subtle flame arises from the letter རྃ་, flickering red. It flickers and burns between the navel, heart, throat, and crown chakras, filling all the positions of the chakras, eventually filling the entire body, like a red-hot iron. Visualize that both inside and outside are covered by the heat of the Tummo, producing a burning sensation, and make the appearance of the flame clear and stable. Once you are accustomed to this practice, effortlessly obtain heat, and then stimulate it with joy: in the center of the crown chakra, visualize the white letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness), whose essence is Heruka, facing downwards, in a state of bliss. Hold the vase breathing. Ignite the Tummo as before, and the flame touches the letter ཧཾ་ at the crown chakra, thereby producing a continuous flow of subtle nectar, white and straight. First, fill the crown chakra, and visualize the arising of the wisdom of joy. Gradually, generate supreme joy in the throat chakra, special joy in the heart chakra, and innate joy in the navel chakra, and focus on the self-nature of each joy, abiding in the non-conceptual state of primordial purity. Through such effort, the two methods of joy and heat are combined. The wind enters the central channel. Because of naturally abiding in the non-conceptual state, the cessation of wind and speech is ultimately achieved. The second stage is to focus on the mind: as before, visualize yourself as the deity, with three channels and four chakras. In the center of the eight-petaled chakra of the heart, visualize the bright white letter ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: unborn). Around it, surround it with sixteen vowels. Behind it, surround it with thirty-two consonants. Visualize all of these as silver-white, like molten silver, clear and bright. Hold the vase breathing of the heart chakra, and first focus on the consonants, thereby producing the luminous wisdom like the red sun. Then, focus on the vowels, thereby producing the luminous increasing wisdom like the bright moon. Finally, focus on the letter ཨ་, thereby producing the luminous ultimate wisdom like the sky. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
