(Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र कीलि कीलाय हुं फट् सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra kīli kīlāya hūṃ phaṭ sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra, Kilaya, Pin Down, Hum, Phat, All Samaya, Abhisheka, Ah!) The Unexcelled Heruka is placed in secrecy. Hūṃ! Bhagavan Unexcelled Heruka, with a dark blue-black body, three faces, and six arms, holding a vajra, snake, garuda, and snake lasso in the right hands, and a skull cup, whisk, and kapala bowl in the left hands, embracing Kunzang Yumbu (Samantabhadri) in non-duality, together with the retinue of all Mamo deities. By bestowing this empowerment upon this fortunate one, may the power of the Mamos and Dakinis be attained! Oṃ Krodhīśvarī Mama Yoginī Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ Sarva Samaya Abhiṣiñca Ā! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཀྲོ་དྷཱི་ཤྭ་རཱི་མ་མ་ཡོ་གི་ནཱི་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ་སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ क्रोधिश्वरी मम योगिनी रुलु रुलु हुं भ्यो हुं सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ krodhīśvarī mama yoginī rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Wrathful Isvari, My Yogini, Rapidly, Rapidly, Hum, Bhya, Hum, All Samaya, Abhisheka, Ah!) The Vidyadhara (Rigdzin) is placed on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! Vidyadhara skull power and so on, the root lamas of the lineage, with one face and two arms in a dancing posture, holding a vajra in the right hand and a bell in the left hand. By bestowing this empowerment upon this fortunate one, may abundant power and blessings be attained! Oṃ Vajra Guru Sarva Yoginī Sarva Samaya Abhiṣiñca Ā! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་ཡོ་གི་ནཱི་སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र गुरु सर्व योगिनी सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra guru sarva yoginī sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Vajra Guru, All Yogini, All Samaya, Abhisheka, Ah!) The subduer of arrogance is placed on the right knee. Hūṃ! The great glorious one who subdues all arrogance, with a dark blue-black body, three faces, and six arms, holding a vajra, conch, and blood in the first two hands, holding the heads of eight gods in the right hand, and holding the heads of eight nagas in the left hand, embracing the subduer of the three realms in non-duality, together with the Dharma protectors and guardians. By bestowing this empowerment upon this fortunate one, may arrogance be subdued! Sarva Rudra Hrīṃ Hrīṃ Jaḥ Sarva Samaya Abhiṣiñca Ā! (Tibetan: སརྦ་རུ་དྲ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཧྲཱིཾ་ཛཿསརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व रुद्र ह्रीं ह्रीं जः सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आः, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva rudra hrīṃ hrīṃ jaḥ sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: All Rudra, Hrim, Hrim, Jah, All Samaya, Abhisheka, Ah!) The powerful one is placed on the left knee. Hūṃ! Bhagavan, the powerful black one, with a dark blue-black body, three faces, and six arms, holding a vajra, conch, and blood in the first two hands, holding the hearts of eight gods in the right hand, and holding the hearts of eight nagas in the left hand, embracing the mistress of the five elements in non-duality, together with the mantra lord and arrogant retinue. By bestowing this empowerment upon this fortunate one, may the enemies of the teachings be slain! Sarva Duṣṭān Eja Bhyoḥ Sarva Samaya Abhiṣiñca Ā! (Tibetan: སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཨེ་ཛ་བྷྱོཿསརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व दुष्टान् एज भ्योः सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आः, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva duṣṭān eja bhyoḥ sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: All Evil Ones, Expel, Bhyo, All Samaya, Abhisheka, Ah!) The black and white garudas are placed on the right and left arms. Hūṃ! The garuda who subdues the nagas, with black and white body colors, devouring poison with a vajra beak, with sword wings and iron hook claws, together with the garudas who are emanations of the five families. By bestowing this empowerment upon this fortunate one, may all poisons be subdued! Khroṃ Garuṇa Hūṃ Phaṭ! (Tibetan: ཁྲོཾ་ག་རུ་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ख्रों गरुड हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: khroṃ garuṇa hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Khrom, Garuda, Hum, Phat!) Sarva Samaya Abhiṣiñca Ā! (Tibetan: སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आः, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: All Samaya, Abhisheka, Ah!) Thus, as the deities dissolve into their respective places, one obtains the power to act with the unobstructed display of emptiness, like a water moon, in whatever form of the nine levels of accomplishment one subdues. The transmission of recitation is: Meditate on the deity, recite the mantra, and receive the transmission, meditate on the embodiment of all Sugatas.
