The practitioner sits in the vajra posture facing east. The root text states: 'Then, wear white ornaments, with mind and faith resting on kusha grass, firmly establish the vajra posture of the practitioner.' Then, during the fire offering, contemplate the generation of the self-generation deity in elaborate or concise forms as appropriate, and accomplish the action vase or perform cleansing and offering rituals with nectar. When related to the accomplishment offering, recite 'Om Vajra Krodha Maha Shri Heruka Hum Phat Phat Jah,' visualizing oneself emerging from the main deity of the mandala, like one flame branching into two, as the Great Supreme Heruka, with one face and two arms, engaging in the activities of the fire offering. Purify with vajra bell and amrita, purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, the vajra arising from Hum is the nature of skillful means, the essence of the five wisdoms; the bell arising from Ah is the nature of wisdom, proclaiming the sound of emptiness and Dharma. Both are the nature of ultimate bodhichitta. Recite 'Om Maha Vajra Hum,' holding the vajra at the heart with the right hand. Recite 'Om Vajra Ghanta Ah,' ringing the bell with the left hand and resting it on the hip. Recite 'Om Sarva Tathagata Maha Anuragana Vajra Svabhava Atmako Ham,' making the embracing mudra at the heart. Perform the filling and cleansing. From one's heart, radiate light, stimulating the wisdom deities' mindstream. Invite the nature of skillful means and wisdom, the wisdom beings, in the form of light. Visualize them dissolving into the filling, becoming the samaya substances for attaining siddhis. Purify the offering and burning substances. Hum! From the pure nature of dharmadhatu, the spontaneously arising piles of offerings, like Samantabhadra's offering clouds, fill the boundless sky. Recite from 'Om Vajra Argham Ah Hum' to 'Shabda,' and 'Om Ah Hum Sarva Pancha Amrita Hum Hrih Thah.' 'Om Ah Hum Maha Rakta Jwala Mandala Hum Hrih Thah.' 'Om Ah Hum Maha Balinta Tejo Balinta Bala Bate Guhya Samaya Hum Hrih Thah.' Bless all the offering substances. Sprinkle the burning substances with nectar and touch them with the one-pointed vajra mudra. Recite 'Om Svaha.' Touch the firewood with the same mudra, reciting 'Om Ah Svaha.' Touch the clarified butter, reciting 'Om Shrim Svaha.' Touch the grains, reciting 'Om Jrim Svaha.' Touch the other substances, reciting 'Om Kuru Kuru Svaha.' Purify all the impure faults of the substances, making them empty. From emptiness, all the substances arise from the first letter of their respective names, adorned with bindus, possessing the essence of nectar. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Think that all phenomena are completely perfect, each accomplishing its respective task, and possessing the power to be unimpeded. Recite the mantras such as 'Om Bimala Agnaye Svaha' three times to bless them. Take smokeless fire from wood or a monastery and ignite it. Recite 'Om Jwala Jwala Hum'. Fan with a fan and recite 'Hum Hum Hum'. After reciting 'Hum' seven times, nourish it with the butter in the ladle. Then, take spotless blue-green kusha grass, sprinkle it with water from the activity vase, and recite: 'Om Amrita Kundali Sarva Bighnan Nashaya Hum Phet', to purify it. Recite: 'Om, this kusha grass is pure and auspicious, it is the purifier of Brahma and the gods. It pleases the Three Jewels, it is the essence of the lotus born from the earth. May it pacify all my obstacles and bring auspiciousness. Svaha.' After reciting, align the tips of two kusha grasses together, starting from the opening of the stove on the left side of the practitioner, arrange the tips pointing towards east, south, west, and north, with the tips of the back rows pressing down on the roots of the front rows. Then, cover the stove with kusha grass with the tips pointing east, shaped like the ears of a cow, but not too long. The root tantra says: 'Then purify the kusha grass with the nectar swirling mantra, ignite it with the fire from a Brahmin's house or rubbed wood, purify it with a fan for activities.' etc., this is the meaning. Then, purify the stove. From emptiness, from the syllable 'Hum' arises a peaceful stove, white in color and round in shape, with an edge. In the center is a variegated lotus heart with a five-pronged vajra, surrounded by a vajra chain on the edge, marked with crescent vajras in the four corners. From the clear and unobscured rays of light, visualize all perfect qualities, within which is a triangular fire wheel and above the 'Ah' syllable is a lunar disc. Above the lunar disc, a white cane transforms from the white syllable 'Ram', the cane also marked with the syllable 'Ram'. From this emanates a white fire god, with the appearance of a sage, emaciated, wearing a white Brahmin thread, with one face and four arms. The first right hand holds a cane, the second holds a rosary; the first left hand holds nectar pills, the second forms the gesture of granting refuge. He is surrounded by a host of sages. Apply scented dots to the three places (forehead, throat, heart). At his crown is the white syllable 'Om', at his throat is the red syllable 'Ah', and at his heart is the blue syllable 'Hum'. From my heart, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, inviting the fire god and his retinue from the east, south, west, and north. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
