Surrounded by blazing dark bluish-black fire. In the center of the celestial mansion, upon a red lunar seat encircled by a rosary of skulls, is an eight-spoked wheel made of meteoric iron. Upon it, a lotus and sun, with enemies and obstructors lying prostrate beneath. Above this is a black sow with nine heads, utterly wrathful, flames blazing from its mouth and fire-birds soaring from its nostrils. Its fangs are bared fiercely, and sparks of fire crackle in its eyes. A terrifying red lightning flashes from its tongue. From each hair, fire-birds and meteoric iron killing weapons swirl like dust. The three upper faces of the sow gaze upwards, destroying gods and demons; the three middle faces gaze straight ahead, destroying planets and epidemics; the three lower faces gaze downwards, destroying nagas and demons. From its mouths issue roars and growls, commanding the eight classes of beings as slaves. Its iron hooves beat a dance upon the hearts of enemies and obstructors. Above this, a meteoric iron vajra marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) radiates light, utterly cutting off all wicked enemies and obstructors, then gathers back, dissolving into the Hūṃ. From this, I instantly transform into wrathful Padmasambhava. My body is dark blue-black, radiating sparks of fire. I have one face and two arms, a large body and thick limbs. My three eyes glare at obstructors. My mouth is open, my tongue curled, and four sharp fangs are bared. My hair is reddish-black, standing on end. I am adorned with a crown of five dry skulls. All the joints of my limbs are adorned with five kinds of snakes. A garland of black snakes and fifty fresh skulls serves as my necklace. My right hand raises a nine-pronged meteoric iron vajra towards the sky, destroying and annihilating all gods and demons; my left hand holds a skull-cup filled with blood, averting all lords of disease and epidemics. My burning wings are adorned with daggers and blazing weapons. My body is adorned with drops of blood, finger-marks of grease, and heaps of ashes. From my mouth's breath, hail and sparks of fire radiate. I am covered on the upper body with an elephant hide, girded at the waist with human skin, and wear a wet tiger-skin loincloth. I am adorned with bones and various jewels. My head reaches the abode of the thirty-three gods, thereby subduing all the realms of the gods; from my belly arise the sun and moon, thereby subduing all the intermediate realms; my feet dance in the eighteen hells, thereby subduing all the realms of the nagas. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the realm where the fire of wisdom blazes, the great sound of Hūṃ (嗡，हूँ，hūṃ，seed syllable) and Phaṭ (ཕཊ་，फट्，phaṭ，destroying) roars like thunder, weapons emit wrathful light, devouring all lords of disease. At its crown, is the secret lord Vajrapāṇi (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་，Vajrapāṇi) Wrathful One, dark blue, wielding the vajra threatening mudra (རྡོ་རྗེ་སྡིགས་མཛུབ་，vajra ḍik mudra). To the right is Black Mañjuśrī (འཇམ་དབྱངས་ནག་པོ་，kṛṣṇa-mañjuśrī), holding a sword and book. To the left is Hayagrīva (རྟ་མགྲིན་，Hayagrīva), holding a staff and iron hook. All of these have extremely terrifying appearances, adorned with the eight ornaments of glory and charnel grounds, standing in a gigantic posture. On the crown of the secret lord, is a dark blue garuḍa (བྱ་ཁྱུང་，garuḍa), with the eyes of a vulture, horns of copper, wings of fire, and a beak and claws of iron, devouring all lords of disease and lords of pestilence, uttering the sound of kraṅ kriṅ, and toppling Mount Meru from its foundations. On the crown of Mañjuśrī, is a red garuḍa, copper-colored, with a beak and claws of red-hot iron, horns of wrathful fire, and blazing wings of razors, uttering the sound of kaṅ kaṅ, and swallowing the ocean in one gulp. On the crown of Hayagrīva, is a white garuḍa, with a beak and claws of iron, wings of swords, vajra horns blazing with fire, and sparks of fire flashing from all the body hairs, uttering the sound of hṛik hṛik from its mouth, and tossing the sun and moon aside. All of these devour nāgas and malignant spirits, destroy nāga demons, adorn their heads with shining sun and moon jewels, and from the realm where the fire of wisdom blazes, emanate wrathful forms like particles of sunlight. To the right of the wrathful Guru (གུ་རུ་དྲག་ཏུ་ཁྲོས་པ་，Guru Drakpo), is the flesh-eating ḍākinī, with the face of a tiger, holding an enemy dagger and iron hook, the tiger's roar resounding in the ten directions, causing all harmful ones to be terrified. To the left is the killing ḍākinī, with the face of a wolf, holding a razor and lasso, sparks of fire flashing from her eyes, staring intently, causing all harmful ones to be frightened. Behind is the expelling ḍākinī, with the face of a bear, her two hands clapping the sun and moon cymbals, uttering the fierce sound of ha and svā, resounding in the ten directions, sending all harmful ones up in smoke.
