In such times, gods, demons, and humans will be in conflict, A haze of disease will envelop, and blood rain will fall. The gods above will be angered, and the fierce spirits in between will also be angered, The nagas below will be angered, and the arrogant Eight Classes will also be angered, Local deities, Zodo, Mamo, and Dakinis will be angered, Therefore, all sorts of inauspicious events will occur. The sky will be inauspicious, appearing blood red. The sun and moon will be inauspicious, obscured by Rahu, unable to be seen. The planets and stars will be inauspicious, flames will arise. The earth will be inauspicious, sprouts will grow in winter. The initial kalpa of disease will occur in this way. The cause is the poisonous gas produced by the anger of the Mamos. It relies on flesh and blood, entering the central channel from the left nostril. Initially, it spreads throughout the head and body. The eye veins turn red, the body becomes hot, consciousness becomes blurred, and yellow oil appears on the face. Then, it spreads to the four limbs, making a boiling sound, and the swelling turns red. Then, it spreads to the blood vessels, the limbs become stiff, and a feeling of stellar aberration arises due to confusion. Blood flows from the nine orifices, emitting a fishy odor, the pulse is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Urine is unstable, appearing cyan, yellow, and red. The tongue turns black, covered with a moss-like substance. The teeth become loose, and red pustules appear. The ears buzz, and the sky appears blood-red. Irreversible, this almost always leads to death. Then, a disease called 'Han Disease Intestinal Colic' appears. The cause is the gas produced by the conflict between gods and demons. It enters the central channel from the right nostril. If it attacks the head, the skull will lift upwards. If it attacks the eyes, the eyeballs will fall out. If it attacks the tongue, the tongue will open like a lotus. If it attacks the heart, it will cause death in a coma. If it attacks the intestines, it will cause swelling and rupture, like a cow's belly. If it attacks the four limbs, the joints will fall apart. The pulse is like silk being blown by the wind. The symptom is that the fontanelle drips liquid. Irreversible, this almost always leads to death. Then, a disease called 'Epilepsy, Possession, Fainting' appears. The cause is the harm from kings, evil spirits, and oath-bound spirits. The cause is that in reality or in dreams, there appear visions of Acharyas, monks, women, etc. giving food. Immediately afterwards, epilepsy, possession, and fainting will occur. One kills oneself, using weapons. Most people are controlled by it, and protection and prevention usually do not work. In order to protect, prevent, and kill them, the common tamer of appearances and existence, Padmasambhava, demonstrated the practice of the Yidam Wrathful Guru. Now it is not propagated, for the benefit of the future, I Tso-gyal entrust it to you, seal it as a treasure. Thus it was said.
