From the summit, may the black Kyun bird ablaze descend! From the mandala of the Sugata's (Buddha) body, may Manjushri Yamaraja descend! From the mandala of the Great Bliss (Mahasukha) speech, may Padma Wangchen descend! From the mandala of the Sugata's mind, may Vajradhara descend! From the twenty-four great sacred sites, may the five classes of Dakinis descend! From the mandala of fierce enactment, may Yaksha Me Bal descend! From the thirty-two supreme places, may the Pawa and Ging descend! From the eight great charnel grounds (Durkhrod), may the Dharma protectors (Choskyong) and guardians (Srungma) descend! To subdue enemies and obstacles (Dra geg), may you descend! To subdue demons (Gyal sen), may you descend! To subdue oath-breakers (Dam sri), may you descend! To subdue border wars (Ta mag), may you descend! To subdue heretics (Mu steg), may you descend! To subdue Rakshasas (Srin po)... To subdue earth lords (Sa dag)... To subdue curses (Jad ma), may you descend! From Om (body), Ah (speech), Hum (mind) Vajra (diamond), Guru (teacher) etc., to Vajra Gande Ho! E Ah Ra li pem pem! Hrih Hrih! Dza Dza! Then, the request to abide: Hum! From the mandala of the Dharmadhatu's (Chos dbyings) freedom, Guru Vajra Dragpo Tsal, together with parents and retinue, in this samaya mandala palace, in the mountain of burning black smoke flames, upon the lotus sun and moon and the four maras, upon the intertwined male and female demons, joyfully and immovably abide! Like water into water, Emaho! After the above mantra: Vajra samaya tishta lhan! Then, the prostration: Hum! The body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all Buddhas of the three times, the lord gathered into one, Guru Palchen Heruka, the fierce power that subdues the arrogant, holding a chain of meteoric iron fire, together with parents and retinue, the yogi, with fervent devotion, prostrates with one-pointed reverence! After the mantra: Ati puho! Prati dzaho! Alala ho! Then, the offering of outer offerings: Hum! To the assembly of deities of Vajra Dragpo, offering the five outer offerings: flowers, incense, light, perfume, food, music, the five supreme fragrances, these desirable enjoyments and ornaments, I offer to the fierce assembly, for the benefit of beings, please accept! Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Deva Dakini Vajra Dragpo Tsal Shri Heruka, Artsik Nirtsik Namo Bhagawate Hum! Om Vajra Puspe etc., offer the five offerings! Then, the offering of inner offerings: Hum!
