右持红莲,从莲茎处握持,左手持颅器(梵文:bhaṇḍa,藏文:བྷནྡྷ་),心间持有五股金刚杵。蓝色身相的中央是金刚手(梵文:Vajrapāṇi),身色深蓝,右手持金刚杵,左手持铃置于髋部。脐间有旋转的雍仲(藏文:གཡུང་དྲུང་),其上是金刚亥母(梵文:Vajravārāhī),身色红色,右手持钺刀高举,左手持盛血颅器于心间,臂弯处倚靠着秘密的卡杖嘎(梵文:khaṭvāṅga)。顶发黑色披散,乳房饱满,赤身以五印庄严。右脚后跟抵于莲花座,左脚则以傲立之姿踩在尸体座上。四方有四位同种族的空行母围绕,各具本族颜色。密处莲花之上,火焰呈烟灰色。右持火之铁锤,左持铁质金刚橛。四位忿怒尊(藏文:ཁྲོ་བོ་)皆顶发、眉毛、胡须呈红黄色燃烧状,以八种尸林装束为饰。顶轮有吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:种子字)字,身色蓝色,心间结本尊手印,脑后有胜乐金刚(梵文:Cakrasaṃvara)忿怒尊,身色蓝色,右手持金刚杵。颈部有马头明王(梵文:Hayagrīva)忿怒尊,身色红色,右手持莲花。右肩有阎魔敌(梵文:Yamāntaka),身色黑色,右手持弯刀。左肩有甘露漩明王(梵文:Amṛtakuṇḍalin),身色绿色,右手持十字金刚杵。右腿有青色棍棒明王,身色蓝色,右手持棍棒。左腿有无能胜明王,身色白色,右手持棍棒。脐间有不动明王(梵文:Acalanātha),身色蓝色,右手持宝剑。两腿之间有三界胜尊,身色黄色,右手持轮。密处有大力明王(梵文:Mahābala),身色黑色,右手持金刚杵。所有忿怒尊左手皆作忿怒印。身披绸缎上衣和虎皮裙,以六种骨饰和蛇饰庄严,安住于熊熊燃烧的火焰之中。 迎请:吽 吽 吽!从罗刹之国楞伽布日(梵文:Laṅkāpurī,罗刹之都),从凶猛可怖的尸陀林中,迎请罗刹之王亚甘(藏文:ཡལ་གམ་ཅན།),祈请您将甚深秘密的羯磨(梵文:karma,藏文:ཀརྨ་)转化为降伏之力! 安住:祈请安住于八部众之上,安住于金刚莲花座等,如仪轨所载。 顶礼:大吉祥者,乃是您心之化身,嘛哈咕噜(梵文:Mahāguru,藏文:མ་ཧཱ་གུ་རུ་,大 गुरु)等,如常轨仪轨。 供养:吽!清澈甘甜的供水,鲜花盛开的莲园,芬芳的燃香,日月般明亮的光明,各种药物普及,百味美食堆积如山,美妙动听的音乐,外在的供云遍布。血之阿伽(梵文:argha,藏文:ཨརྒྷཾ་,供品),权力的鲜花,浓郁的焚香,丰厚的酥油灯,血肉食物,颅鼓腿骨号。

Holding a red lotus in the right hand, grasping it by the stem, and a skull cup (Sanskrit: bhaṇḍa) in the left hand, with a five-pronged vajra at the heart. In the center of the blue form is Vajrapani, with a dark blue body, holding a vajra in the right hand and a bell resting on the hip in the left. Above the swirling Yungdrung at the navel is Vajravarahi, with a red body, holding a curved knife aloft in the right hand and a blood-filled skull cup at the heart in the left, leaning a secret khatvanga against the elbow. The black hair is loose, the breasts are full, and the naked body is adorned with five seals. The right heel presses against the lotus seat, while the left foot stands proudly on a corpse seat. Four dakinis of the same lineage surround her on all sides, each with their own lineage color. Above the secret lotus, the flames are smoky gray. The right hand holds a fire hammer, and the left hand holds an iron vajra stake. All four wrathful deities have hair, eyebrows, and beards that burn red and yellow, adorned with eight charnel ground ornaments. Prostration: Great auspicious one, you are the emanation of the heart, Mahaguru, etc., as in the usual ritual. Offering: Hūṃ! Offering a feast made of charnel ground substances. Recite from 'Om Karma Maha Guru Saparivara Argham' to 'Shapta'. The inner offering is: Amrita (梵文,Amrita,Sanskrit: Amrita, meaning: immortality) mixed with the eight thousand roots, Torma (梵文,Torma,Sanskrit: Torma, meaning: offering cake) of samaya substances, and a libation of great red blood. In the middle kalpa, in the land of Kham Lung Lhang Lhang, Guru Rinpoche and Kharchen Tso Gyal, when burying the profound terma and binding the demon races by oath, in order to eliminate the obstacles of the practitioners and bestow accomplishments, as promised and vowed, enjoy this torma and accomplish the entrusted activities. In the final kalpa, on the top of the palace of Lanka, the army of Karma Guru Chokyi Wangpo, when binding the evil Rakshasas by oath, in order to eliminate the obstacles of the practitioners and bestow accomplishments, as promised and vowed, enjoy this torma and accomplish the entrusted activities.
