English
'NGA WA DÜ!' (I am merged!) 'NGA NYI YIN GYI NGÉ KA LÉ!' (I am the deity, from my command) 'KHYÖ KYI DAWA WAR MI JA TÉ!' (You must not transgress!) 'NGA YI GOWA WÉ KA JI ZHIN!' (The command I have given, as it is) 'KHYÖ KYI DAWA WAR MI RUNG NGO!' (You must not transgress!) 'SA MA YA I DAN NA RA KAN!' (Samaya, be steadfast!) Thereafter, in order to descend the wisdom deity who is the root of the empowerment, please straighten your bodies, bind the winds, do not let your minds wander, and focus single-pointedly on the given instructions. Visualize clearly in this way: In an instant, you transform into Vajravarahi (Dorje Phagmo, Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रवाराही, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajravarahi, Diamond Sow), dark blue, adorned with bone ornaments, holding a curved knife, skull cup, and khatvanga, with feet in a dancing posture, standing proudly in a blazing fire. At the navel, where the swastika (Tibetan: གཡུང་དྲུང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: 卐, Sanskrit Romanization: Svasti, auspicious) whirls with joy, above the green YAM (Tibetan: ཡཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, wind) syllable, is the red HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Hūṃ) syllable. The four limbs are marked with the syllables HARI NISA (Tibetan: ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हरिनिस, Sanskrit Romanization: harinisa, Hari Nisa), from which rays of light emanate. The swastika whirls fiercely clockwise, and from the place of natural purity, and from the southwest Rakshasa Island (Tibetan: རྔ་ཡབ་གླིང་, Rakshasa Island), the Lotus Light Palace (Tibetan: པདྨ་འོད་ཀྱི་ཕོ་བྲང་, Lotus Light Palace), invite Guru Rinpoche (Tibetan: ཨོ་རྒྱན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་, Guru Rinpoche) master, vidyadharas, and the assembly of dakinis, as well as the Great Supreme Heruka (Tibetan: ཆེ་མཆོག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ, Great Supreme Heruka), the fierce iron fire wheel (Tibetan: གནམ་ལྕགས་མེའི་འཁོར་ལོ་, iron fire wheel), the yidam and the ocean of dharma protectors, and believe that they dissolve into you! Burn gugul and human flesh, and fumigate with its smoke. Accompanied by music, the blessings of the root mantra descend, and finally, by reciting the fierce mantra intensely, it is said that signs of the wisdom deity descending into the three doors will appear. Having descended the wisdom deity in this way, believe that it remains stable in your being until you attain enlightenment. Place a vajra flower on the crown of the head and recite: 'Oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā.' Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā, May the Vajra be well established). Believe that the flower previously given is offered to the yidam of your own lineage, and throw it while repeating this: 'Oṃ vajrapuṣpe pratīccha hoḥ.' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्रपुष्पे प्रतीच्छ होः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrapuṣpe pratīccha hoḥ, Diamond flower, please accept!). Again, believe that the crown of empowerment is tied on the head. Bestow 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ.' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Om Ah Hum) on the crown of the head. Then, to request the opening of the eyes, repeat this: 'KYÉ HO LAMA KU DRIN CHEN!' (O wonderful, kind lama!) 'DAK CHAK KHORWA MA RIG MIK!' (Our eyes of samsara, of ignorance) 'DONGPÉ CHU BUR MA RIG DRIB!' (Are obscured by the cataract of blindness, by ignorance) 'DÉ RING MA RIG SAL DU SOL!' (Today we pray, clear away ignorance!) The lama holds the vajra: 'KYÉ!' (O!) 'NGÖN GYI MIK KHEN GYALPO YI!' (The king, the eye doctor of the past) 'JI TAR MA RIG MONG SAL TAR!' (How he cleared away ignorance and delusion) 'DAK GI THAP KHÉ THUR MA YI!' (I, with skillful surgical instruments) 'KHYÉ NAM MA RIG SAL WAR JA!' (Will clear away your ignorance!) 'VAJRA CĀKṢUḤ PRAVEŚAYA PHAṬ!' Sanskrit Romanization: vajra cākṣuḥ praveśaya phaṭ, Vajra eye, enter, Phat!) As the blindfold is removed along with the obscuration of ignorance, believe that you directly see the lama and the assembly of deities of the mandala, and generate devotion and joy! 'KYÉ HO!' (O wonderful!) 'KHYÖ NAM LÉ DANG KALWAR DEN!' (You are endowed with karma and fortune!) 'NGÖN SUM LAMÉ LHA TSOK LA!' (To directly see the assembly of deities of the lama!) 'TSOL SEM MA ZHEN AD!' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
