For oceans, colors, shapes, etc., general verses can be added, but if simplified, only praise and offerings are made. If done in a medium way, recite the sound of Dharma. The Victorious One (རྒྱལ་བ་, Gyalwa, the victorious one, referring to the Buddha) who actually appears and the Lord of Dharma Gampopa (སྒམ་པོ་པ།, Gampopa, founder of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism): In the vast ocean-like field of limitless merit, Offer flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, and food, And clouds of offerings of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch. Appearance and emptiness are inseparable, the great bliss of union, Constantly playing in the wheel of all perfections, Offering in the realm that pervades space and transcends thought. May I perfect the two accumulations and purify the two obscurations, And attain the state of the Three Jewels and the Guru! Om, Vajra, Flower, Ah, Hum, Svaha.) Starting from flowers, up to sound. Add Vajra rupa (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), sound, smell, taste, touch, and great bliss to make offerings. Confession of desire, hatred, etc., and other limbs are also added. Then comes the supplication: Visualize oneself as the mother of all Buddhas of the three times, etc. In the heart of oneself visualized as Vajrayogini, on a precious throne, lotus, sun and moon, and layers of silk cushions, the root guru abides in the form known throughout Jambuling (འཛམ་གླིང་, Jambuling, the world). The previous assembly field is also used as a basis for devotion and an object of supplication. Recite four rounds of Mani (མ་ནམ་བཞི་སྐོར།, Mani) from a thousand to a hundred times, as much as possible, and pray for the blessing that the minds of myself and all sentient beings turn towards the Dharma. Etc., recite the desired prayers as needed. When reciting a hundred supplications, recite twenty-one desired prayers, or if possible, it is very good to combine the two. Finally, all the surrounding edges abiding in the space in front gradually dissolve into the inner ones, and everything merges into the main deity. Then it dissolves into light and merges into the guru in the heart. Generate strong devotion. The guru dissolves into light, the part of the body dissolves into one's own body in the form of white light, the part of speech dissolves into one's own speech in the form of red light, and the part of mind dissolves into one's own mind in the form of blue light, so that the three secrets of the guru and one's own three doors become inseparable. Believe in this way, blend heart and mind, and abide in whatever state. When rising from meditation, recite 'In life after life' etc., and 'By this virtue' etc., dedicate the merit, recite common auspicious prayers, and end a session. Afterwards, in the evening session, start by visualizing the refuge field. The gathering and sublimation of the supplication are as mentioned before. If you want to make a grand Tsog offering, then proceed according to the inner practice ritual. In the first part of the night, also offer a Tsog offering like Vajravarahi (ཕག་མོ་, Phagmo, vajravarahi), and recite dedication and auspicious prayers etc. in the usual way of secret rituals. From morning to night, it would be great if each session could be replaced with new offerings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Excellent! Even if not fully prepared, do your best to prepare, as it is important for completing the accumulation of merit. These are the stages of external practice, in which refuge, bodhicitta, offerings, mandala, and supplications are the most important. Next is the internal practice. On the altar, in front of the mandala for practice, place a round and well-decorated Guru Torma. On the left and right convenient positions, offer the Terdak Torma, white food offerings (Karshö) made into a round shape, with the front and left sides being round, and the right and back sides being triangular, forming a four-sided enclosure, decorated with hooks. Replace with new offerings, etc. In front of oneself, place the inner offering Kapala filled with nectar pills, the skull drum (Töpé Daru) and the leg bone trumpet (Kangling), as well as red offerings (Martsur) and fats (Tsilbu). Prepare the tsok implements and golden drink (Serskyem), etc. During the evening session, practice is divided into three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. First is the external practice, starting from visualizing the refuge field to dissolving the guru into oneself, complete the entire process. Those that need to be recited hundreds or thousands of times can be reduced to about seven recitations each time. Then the second part includes the generation stage and recitation, the first being self-generation. Through Svabhava etc., and Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ, purify all attachments. In emptiness, like a fish leaping out of water, instantly visualize oneself as Vajravarahi (Dorje Phagmo), visualizing the seed syllables in four places. From its light, invite the wisdom being, visualizing it gathering like clouds in the sky in front. Offer the red offering, shake the skull drum, recite the mantra, and finally blow the leg bone trumpet. Visualize countless goddesses emanating from the seed syllables, making offerings and praises, reciting the end of the offering and praise words, and merging the samaya being and the wisdom being. Again, invite the five buddha families to bestow empowerment, visualizing the main deity in the form of Vairochana (Namnang) bestowing blessings. The visualization is the same as before, making offerings and praises to oneself, and strongly generating deity pride. Clearly maintain clarity, focus on sensation and consciousness, and practice the pure union of emptiness. Next is the recitation session, according to the scriptures and Gyaltsab Rinpoche, it is only necessary to visualize appearances and sounds as deities and mantras. The Drukpa Kagyu tradition holds that the seed syllable and mantra garland should be visualized on the sun disc at the navel. For beginners, the latter two seem better. At the end of the seed syllable Vaṃ, arrange the mantra garland of three syllables of Oṃ in a clockwise direction, with the letters facing inward, rotating to the left. Visualize everything as bright as a burning red butter lamp, emitting light, and then recite. During recitation, focus on the meaning of the mantra and combine it with emptiness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
