Visualize offering the mandala of the Emanation Body (Nirmanakaya) with poverty of wealth etc., visualize offering the mandala of the Enjoyment Body (Sambhogakaya) with the pure lands of Brahma's drum sound, adorned with the wisdom precious bindu (Tikle) drops, and visualize offering the mandala of the Dharma Body (Dharmakaya) with the mind of enlightenment inseparable from space and wisdom, in the realm of aimless primordial purity (Kadag). Focus mainly on the mandala of the Emanation Body, and at the end of the session, offer the latter two mandalas as appropriate. Finally, gather the field of merit and offerings, including everything, into yourself in the form of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,seed syllable, meaning subduing), and then dedicate the merit. This is the second visualization section. In the center of the sky directly above your crown, visualize the root and lineage lamas seated in tiers, surrounded by the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) as objects of refuge. Repeatedly contemplate that all of this is a magical display arising from the bliss-emptiness appearance of the root lama's heart. Decide with a single thought that you will take responsibility for all sentient beings, abandon expectations of 'you know what you are doing,' and with unbearable devotion, repeatedly pray with words such as 'Ocean of Conquerors.' Then, gather the lineage lamas and the Three Jewels etc. into the root lama, and with intense devotion, pray with 'Lord of the Four Kayas' etc. After that, visualize white rays of light radiating from the Oṃ (ཨོཾ,ओं,seed syllable, body perfection) at the crown of the guru, and after receiving the four empowerments from the lama's body, the lama comes to the top of your head with a joyful demeanor, dissolves into light, and merges from the crown, thinking that your three doors and the lama's three vajras are inseparable, remain in equanimity and dedicate the merit. This is the third visualization section. The second part is the main practice. If you have not received empowerment in this mandala before, then at this time, empower yourself to ripen the continuum and then engage in meditation. This is divided into two parts: First, as a basis for the Completion Stage (Dzogrim), the method of meditating on the Generation Stage (Kyerim) is to sit on a comfortable cushion, with refuge and bodhicitta etc. as preliminaries. From emptiness, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, your own awareness appears as a blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,seed syllable, meaning subduing). From that, rays of light radiate, offering to the Buddhas and benefiting sentient beings. The light gathers back and completely transforms, appearing as the Lama Dorje Todtreng Tsal, who gathers all lineages, with a blue body, one face, two arms, and three eyes, with an expression of wrathful smile and youthful exuberance, wearing a tiger skin loincloth on the lower body, with legs in vajra posture. The two hands are crossed at the heart, holding a vajra bell and vajra, with the consort Mandarava, red and bright, holding a curved knife and skull cup. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize yourself embracing the deity, adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments on the chest. In the clear heart center, visualize the blue syllable 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) constantly appearing. If the image is not clear, gaze steadily at the deity's body as if looking at a Thangka, and a clear image will arise in your mind. Then, focus single-mindedly on that. Once the visualization is clear, rays of light emanate from the 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at the deity's heart, touching anything around you, thereby purifying attachment and conceptual thoughts. Visualize everything transforming into a luminous deity. Gradually, starting with the local area, purify all the outer and inner worlds, blending all appearances into the deity and the mandala. This is one session. The deity's form is merely the natural expression of your own mind; without the mind, there is no deity. Without the deity's form, there is no mind. Be certain that the mind and the deity's form are inseparable, and blend them together. This is one session. Whatever appears, visualize it as inseparable from the mind and the deity's form. Moreover, have no attachment to appearances and no clinging to pleasure, like reflections in a mirror or illusory appearances. Blend everything into bliss, clarity, and emptiness. This is one session. If you feel weary from meditation, visualize the deity clearly, but without clinging to it. In this state, visualize all sounds as the sound of mantras, clearly visualizing them as emptiness. Combine this with the three aspects of breath—entering, abiding, and exiting—and recite the 'Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ' (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ॐ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Om Ah Hum). If you still feel weary, recite the three seed syllables according to the ritual, as well as other supplication and practice mantras as appropriate. When concluding the session or going to sleep, gather all pure outer and inner worlds into yourself. First, gather the Yab-Yum (father-mother deity), then gather the Yab-Yum into the 'Hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) at your heart, and then gradually gather it into the Nada (藏文:ནཱ་ད,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:sound), holding the mind in that extremely subtle state for a long time. Then, gather it again, and rest in a state of non-objectification and freedom from elaboration. When waking from sleep or engaging in activities, visualize all appearances as illusory deity forms, visualize all sounds as the deity's melodious voice, seal it with awareness and mindfulness, and dedicate the merit. Second, the Completion Stage has three aspects: seeking Śamatha (calm abiding), generating Vipaśyanā (insight), and practicing Yuganaddha (union). First, seeking Śamatha: In a secluded place away from crowds and noise, on a comfortable seat, straighten the body according to the seven points of Vairocana's posture, adjusting each part completely. The key to speech is to let the breath flow naturally. The key to the mind is not to let the mind wander, not thinking 'What did I do before?', 'What will I do later?', 'What should I do now?', etc. Cut off all elaborations of the past, present, and future, and rest in a state of non-fabrication and non-distraction. If you can abide in this, that is sufficient. If you cannot abide, visualize a Vajra (diamond scepter) in the space in front of you. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
