It shows the method of integrating into the path of union (Tibetan: ཟུང་འཇུག་, Pinyin: zung 'jug, literal meaning: combination). The subsequent dissolution refers to the experience of emptiness and clarity, without self-nature, and many signs of gaining autonomy over the elements will appear. ' This is a brief explanation of the temporary benefits. So, how to practice holistic grasping at the beginning? Visualize yourself appearing as the Guru's (Tibetan: གུ་རུ, Pinyin: gu ru, literal meaning: master) body, and then gradually dissolve from the edge of the body, merging into the upper part of the body. The unbearable flickering light also melts into a ball of light, gradually merging into the three-fold deity (Tibetan: སེམས་དཔའ, Pinyin: sems dpa', literal meaning: brave mind), or merging into the syllables of the three places (crown chakra, throat chakra, heart chakra). This also means that the three syllables of emptiness wisdom (Om, Ah, Hum) gather in order, and the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) merges into the end of the bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ, Pinyin: thig le, literal meaning: bindu) and nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད, Pinyin: nā da, literal meaning: nada), and the mind abides in emptiness, non-duality, and great bliss. Repeat again and practice repeatedly, the breath merges into the central channel (Tibetan: དབུ་མ, Pinyin: dbu ma, literal meaning: central channel), it is difficult to age, life is prolonged, death is recognized as light, and finally combined with the ultimate true light, etc., the benefits are inconceivable. This is explained through the meaning of the Vajra words of the Terma scriptures, and the special teachings of the Guru's oral transmission. The subsequent dissolution yoga associated with this is: all external vessels and internal sentiments dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Then dissolve this light into emptiness, as mentioned above, it has been explained in the subsequent collection of the fundamental practice of peaceful abiding, and should be practiced accordingly. From emptiness, instantly rise again as the deity's body, as mentioned above, think about the meaning of the deity's body and mandala being inseparable And abide in equality, which is very important for integrating into the path of union. Combining these is the third session of practice. Combining the third session of Anuyoga (Tibetan: ཨ་ནུའི་ཡོ་ག, literal meaning: unsurpassed yoga) into one large session is the tenth practice of the main practice. In this way, the completion stage path of Anuyoga, the three essentials of the path, etc., gather in sequence, corresponding to the five stages. The three essentials of the path are the three solitudes. The former, in which the deity's body and mandala are inseparable, is the illusory body. The stage of collecting the deity's body is light. Rising from the deity's body, the latter, in which the deity's body and mandala are inseparable, is transformed into the meaning of the learning union. The true state of the deity's body and mandala being inseparable is the stage of non-learning union, and truly incorporating this into practice is the stage of learning union, and realizing this as the general aspect of light is the ultimate of mind solitude, and it should be known that this exists from before the impure illusory body. Here, the Vajra words of the Terma scriptures say: 'Although different images of the Guru's body and the eight names, etc. are shown, its essence is the all-encompassing wish-fulfilling jewel Padmasambhava.' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
