Subdue all hindrances. Accomplish the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful. OM AH HUM VAJRA GURU PADMA SIDDHI HUM HUM PHAT! OM NANA. LAM NANA. STVAM BHAYA NANA. Thus recite. Requesting Forgiveness: Then, having come inside, having offered to the mandala, with palms joined, recite: Namo! To the mandala of the Lama, Yidam, and Dakini, although I have offered properly, there may be transgressions and errors. Please accept all of these with forgiveness, and grant supreme and common siddhis. Recite this three times, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Gathering the Mandala: OM! All the assemblies of the Lama, Yidam, and Dakini, having granted siddhis in accordance, please return to your own place, to the nature of goodness, and again, please come forth with compassion. Recite OM VAJRA MUH, then gather the Samaya beings into oneself. The Jnana beings depart into the Dharmadhatu. Gather the colored powders from the edges to the center. Dedication: May all the Lamas abiding in the ten directions and the deities of the Yidam mandala be mindful of me. Through this root of virtue of offering the unsurpassed mandala, practicing approach and accomplishment, and completing the tsok and empowerment, may the precious teachings of the Buddha flourish and increase! May all sentient beings be happy and joyful! May there always be good harvests and timely rains in all realms of the world! May there be no eons of disease and weapons, and may all conflicts and harms be cut off! In particular, may all the obstacles and hindrances of myself, the Vajra Master, Dharma friends, patrons, and retinue be pacified! May all life, glory, and wealth increase! May all views, meditations, and samadhis increase! May all transgressions and breakages be fulfilled! May I attain the supreme siddhi of Mahamudra in this very life! In the glorious city of Heruka, through the offering of the tsok wheel, may myself and all other beings be accomplished in one mandala! By this virtue, may I and all beings travel to the pure realm of Great Bliss Khechara, and may the four activities be spontaneously accomplished, inseparable from Padma Gyal! Recite this three times.
