Then, visualize yourself, along with the divine palace, as being radiant and full of splendor. In this way, clearly establish the Samadhi and diligently engage in recitation. The essence of this recitation is: Om Vajra Jnana Ayukshe Hum Bhrum Nri Ja. Recite in this way. If you become weary of Samadhi and recitation, then rest in the 'Meaning of Deathless Innate Nature,' which is to rest the mind in an uncorrected state. Awareness is in clarity and emptiness. Like this, divide the generation stage and completion stage into four sessions of day and night to practice. Then, life will become as long as the sun and moon. Even those who cannot live beyond twelve years will live to be a hundred years old. In this way, do much practice of gathering and dispersing the Samadhi. Front Generation: Om Svabhava Shuddhah Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho Ham. Transform into emptiness. From emptiness, recite the syllable 'Bhrum,' from which arises a white syllable 'Bhrum' (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूम्, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Zhong), which dissolves into light. Visualize it as a longevity vase, round in shape, with a large belly, a drooping spout, and an open mouth, emitting five colors of light. Visualize the water in the vase as the white syllable A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), transforming into an ocean of nectar. Above it is a divine palace, in the center of which is a four-petaled lotus, the east white, the south yellow, the west red, the north green, and the center reddish-purple. In the center of the square palace with four doors, stables, jewels, and other decorations, from the white syllable Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrih) arises Amitayus, the Buddha of Limitless Life, with a white body, one face, and two arms, holding a longevity vase, inseparable from the white-clad consort.
