Aya ma ca du! Imagine yourself on the summit of Mount Meru, seated on a sun and moon throne, your body radiating the fire of wisdom like the fire at the end of an eon. Then, perform the exorcism: Hūṃ! I am Hayagriva (Horse-necked One), emanated from the heart of Padma Heruka (Lotus Wrathful One), The messenger of all wrathful deities. With three horse neighs from the crown of my head, I shake the world and the peak of existence. In the middle, with the terrifying sound of Hrīḥ, I terrify the Asuras, Yakshas, and Rakshasas. Below, with the stamping of my feet, I churn and agitate the earth and the ocean. From my body blazes the fire of the eon, Burning all the arrogant eight classes of beings. I am the king of power, Whoever defies my command, Shall be destroyed like ashes! Om! Recite: Oṃ padmāntakṛta mahākrota haya ghrīḥ va hrīḥ hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ! Aya ma ca du! Nāga phu tri raka mo yakṣa haṃ śam! Sarva duṣṭan māraya phaṭ! Recite this many times. From the body of the Great Powerful One, the fire of wisdom radiates, burning all the realms of the world. Visualize its natural abode as a heavenly palace, filled with many wrathful Hayagrivas, and situated within a vajra fire mountain tent. Visualize the protective circle: Oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ! From emptiness, from the syllable Hūṃ, arise various crossed vajras, marked in the center by the syllable Hūṃ, radiating light that pervades above, below, and in all directions. Below is a vajra ground, surrounded by a vajra fence and net, above is a vajra tent and canopy, and outside is a protective circle of blazing wisdom fire. Vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ! This is the preliminary practice. The main practice: Second, visualize yourself as the deity and recite the mantra. Meditate on the unwavering samadhi of radiating and withdrawing light. Visualize the vase as a palace, invite the wisdom deity and merge with it. Offer prostrations and offerings, and make supplications. Gather the life force of all containers and essences, and perform the summoning, abiding, and guarding of life. At this time, offer the torma and tsok offerings. Offer the mandala, request blessings, receive empowerment, Perform the life-force empowerment and stabilization, and obtain accomplishments. Self-generation visualization: Hūṃ! Visualize your own instantaneous awareness as a samadhi separated from all objects of expression. From emptiness, yourself manifest as Amitayus (Tsepakme) (Buddha of Limitless Life), with a red body, one face, and two arms, the right hand holding a lotus stem at the heart, the left hand in meditative equipoise holding a white vase of life, seated in the vajra posture. Adorned with silk celestial garments, a jeweled crown and topknot, earrings, necklaces, throat ornaments, and bracelets, Armlets, belts, bracelets, and anklets, appearing very clear and bright. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I visualize myself as the wisdom body, devoid of inherent existence. From the red Hūṃ at its heart, residing on a moon disc, light radiates, benefiting sentient beings. Arousing the mind-seal lineage of all Buddhas, gathering from them, uttering 'བྷྲཱུྃ' (Tibetan), from which arises a palace centered on a four-petaled lotus, square, with four doors, adorned with four horse heads, decorated with all ornaments such as nets, half-nets, and jeweled garlands. Within it, visualizing myself as the Yidam, from the Hūṃ at my heart, light radiates. Inviting all Buddhas in the form of Protector Amitāyus, 'ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हुं बं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: jah hum bam hoh, Literal Chinese meaning: Descend, Born, Bind, Subdue). Becoming non-dual, dissolving into me, my being transforms into the nature of five lights, possessing splendor and radiance. At my heart, on a moon and sun disc about the size of a fingernail, I visualize a five-pronged vajra made of five precious jewels. At its center, I visualize a green नृ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: None), surrounded by four Hūṃs of four different colors. Outside of that, at the edge of the vajra, the life-essence mantra is written in gold, surrounded by rays of light. Invocation: 'ཧྲཱིཿ' (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), From the pure realm of Dharmadhatu, Amitāyus and the assembly of deities, descend to this supreme place, bestow the empowerment of the great body, grant all accomplishments without exception. (Tibetan). Praise: Gone to bliss, Amitāyus, Great wisdom, Lord of speech, To all the deities of life, I prostrate and praise with devotion. Then, continuously reciting the life-essence mantra, from the green नृ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: None) light radiates, touching the four Hūṃs, from the Hūṃs light radiates. Touching the tip of the vajra, from the vajra light radiates, touching the surrounding essence mantra. From the mantra light radiates, touching the eight-petaled lotus heart, from the heart light arises, touching all beings and the environment of the three thousand worlds, purifying all obstacles. The light gathers back. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
