May the fierce power subdue enemies and obstacles, may the upholders of the doctrine (bstan 'dzin) live long, may the teachings of study, reflection, and meditation flourish, and may all beings be happy and their merits increase greatly. If you wish to offer golden drink to Zhangzhung (zhang byung), fill a precious vessel with pure essence, purify it with 'RAM YAM KHAM (རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་，ram yam kham，ram yam kham，purification)'. May this golden drink become a vast ocean of flawless, wisdom nectar. Bless it three times with 'OM AH HUM (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，body speech mind)', and pray to the Vidyadharas, Yogis, root and lineage Lamas who have transmitted the teachings through the mind transmission, symbolic transmission, and oral transmission, and to the infallible Three Jewels of Refuge, may they shower down blessings. From the clear light realm, may the Sahajakaya of wisdom manifest, may all the peaceful and wrathful deities of the four tantras, six tantras, and nine vehicles be invoked, and may they grant supreme and common siddhis. May the heroes, heroines, the three classes of proud ones, yakshas, wealth deities, treasure lords, and earth lords who appear with wisdom and activity and worldly forms be invoked, and may they accomplish the four activities. With this pure offering of golden drink, may the Three Jewels, attendants, merits, and guests be pleased with the supreme bliss of flawlessness, and may they bestow auspiciousness that brings about the accumulation of accomplishments and prosperity. Offer and pray for activities in this way. When performing incense offerings and torma offerings, first generate refuge and bodhicitta, then enter the main practice with the pride of instantly transforming yourself into the deity. Afterwards, confess transgressions, invite the deities, make aspirations and dedications, and perform auspicious activities, which will lead to accomplishment. Third, sprinkle cleansing water on the tsok offerings such as Madana (ma da na) and Bala (ba la), and recite 'RAM YAM KHAM (རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ，ram yam kham，ram yam kham，purification)': With the fire, wind, and water of the self-existing wisdom awareness, burn, destroy, and wash away the clinging and impurities on the tsok substances. May the essence of flawless nectar fill the BHANDHA vessel, transforming into a vast ocean of desirable enjoyments. Bless it three times with 'OM AH HUM (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，body speech mind)', and recite 'HUM SHRI (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，hūṃ hrīḥ，hūṃ hrīḥ，seed syllable)': Although the clear light realm of self-nature has never wavered, may the Three Roots, Dharma Protectors, Wealth Deities, Treasure Lords, etc., who manifest as form bodies through compassion, be invited to come and enjoy the desired tsok. Offer outer, inner, secret, and unsurpassed offerings, confess and purify the breaking of vows and faults, joyfully partake of the flesh, blood, and bones that destroy dualistic clinging and enemies, and grant supreme and common siddhis. Offering! Fourth, regarding the completion substances: Bless the substances with the expanded mantra of the Namaka Treasury, such as 'Namas Sarva Tathagata Ebhyo Vishva'. Contemplate all desired offerings as being of the nature of the Namaka Treasury, transformed into a great cloud of the wheel. Increase it with 'Vajra Spharana Kham'. Hum Hrih! From the realm of clear light emptiness, a magical illusion arises! On the base of pure vessel and essence, stacked with lotuses, is a great immeasurable palace of wish-fulfilling jewels. Vast and extensive, in the center of perfect arrangement, are Mount Meru, the four continents, and the supreme wealth of gods and humans. Outer and inner enjoyments, the five objects of desire, the auspicious substances and symbols, the seven precious royal possessions, sixteen vidyadharis transform into songs and dances of bliss. Medicine and blood are gathered into an ocean, tormas are piled up like mountains. This is the supreme enjoyment that arises to fulfill each one's wishes, blessed by samadhi, mantra, and mudra, becoming an inexhaustible offering cloud of the Namaka Treasury. With this, fulfill the samaya of the vidyadhara root lineage lamas, generate blessings, empowerments, and vajra wisdom. Fulfill the samaya of the peaceful and wrathful yidam deities, bestow supreme and common siddhis like rain. Fulfill the samaya of the heroes and dakinis of the three places, assist yogis, and expand the four activities. Fulfill the samaya of the ocean of vajra dharma protectors, pacify all obstacles, and accomplish favorable conditions as desired. Fulfill the samaya of yakshas, wealth gods, and treasure owners, increase life, merit, wealth, and fame. In short, in the pure and vast realm of existence, manifest the wondrous vajra cloud of body and wisdom, and the great wheel of inexhaustible adornments. May the samaya of all deities be fulfilled, and may they bestow empowerments and siddhis!' Thus, fulfill the samaya of the deities and pray for activities.
