Fifth, the fulfillment has seven aspects: the five great fulfillments, and the two purifications. First, fulfilling through realization: Hūṃ! Fulfilling, fulfilling the samaya through kalpas; Fulfilling with objects in the space of dharmatā; Fulfilling with appearances in the space of wisdom; Fulfilling with clarity in the space of prajñā; Fulfilling with suffering in the space of dharmatā; Fulfilling with no birth in the space; Fulfilling with no cessation in the space; Fulfilling with no birth and cessation in the space; Fulfilling impairments, purifying conceptual obscurations; Please grant empowerments and siddhis! Second, fulfilling with nectar: Hūṃ! Fulfilling, fulfilling the samaya with nectar; In the vast expanse of the ālaya (kun gzhi) bhaṇḍa, Filled with the nectar of bodhicitta; This is also self-arisen nectar, Fulfilling the samaya of the dharmakāya without object; In the radiant, blazing bhaṇḍa, Filled with nectar free from wisdom obscurations; This is also self-arisen nectar, Fulfilling the samaya of the sambhogakāya; In the supreme, luminous bhaṇḍa, Filled with the nectar of blazing bindus; This is also self-arisen nectar, Fulfilling the samaya of the nirmāṇakāya; In the bhaṇḍa of the five wisdom channels, Filled with unborn white nectar; This is also self-arisen nectar, Fulfilling the samaya of the peaceful deities; In the bhaṇḍa of the five heroes, Filled with self-illuminating wisdom nectar; This is also self-arisen nectar, Fulfilling the samaya of the wrathful deities; With this offering of nectar medicine, Gurus, vidyādharas, Three Jewels (bla ma rigs 'dzin dkon mchog gsum); Peaceful, wrathful, vast ḍākinīs (zhi khro rab 'byams mkha' 'gro ma); And the ocean of oath-bound protectors, etc., Fulfilling the samaya of the maṇḍala deities; Fulfilling impairments, purifying conceptual obscurations; Please grant empowerments and siddhis! In the vast leather torma plate, establish the glorious offering of self-illuminating awareness, surround it with hooks of self-appearing flesh, clear and bright with splendor and radiance, adorned with blood and pus as rakta. This is also a naturally arising torma, I beseech the gurus, vidyadharas, Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ，ratna-traya，ratnatraya，Three Jewels), peaceful and wrathful deities, limitless dakinis, and the ocean of oath-bound protectors, to fulfill the heart commitment of the mandala deities, fulfill deficiencies and purify conceptual obscurations, grant empowerment and accomplishment. In the empty body torma plate, establish the glorious offering of self-illuminating liver, surround it with hooks of lungs, spleen, and kidneys, clear and bright within the secret place, adorned with self-appearing bile as rakta. This is also a naturally arising torma, I beseech the gurus, vidyadharas, Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ，ratna-traya，ratnatraya，Three Jewels), peaceful and wrathful deities, limitless dakinis, and the ocean of oath-bound protectors, to fulfill the heart commitment of the mandala deities, fulfill deficiencies and purify conceptual obscurations, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Mahabalimta kharam khahi (མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་རཾ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，mahā baliṃta kharaṃ khāhi，mahābalimta kharam khāhi，Great offering, eat!). Fourth, fulfilling with rakta: Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，hūṃ，seed syllable). Fulfill the heart commitment with rakta, in the blissful great bliss bhāṇḍa (skull cup) at the crown of the head, fill it with rakta of suffering and conceptual thoughts. This is also naturally arising rakta, I beseech the gurus, vidyadharas, Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ，ratna-traya，ratnatraya，Three Jewels), peaceful and wrathful deities, limitless dakinis, and the ocean of oath-bound protectors, to fulfill the heart commitment of the mandala deities, fulfill deficiencies and purify conceptual obscurations, grant empowerment and accomplishment. In the throat enjoyment bhāṇḍa (skull cup), fill it with rakta of various minds.
