I also understood them individually many times. Thus he spoke. The twenty-sixth chapter, which is the chapter summarizing the concluding meaning of the four tantras from the Root Tantra of the Eight Branches of the Ambrosia Heart Essence Secret Oral Instructions. The twenty-seventh, the chapter on entrusting the entire tantra. Then again, the sage Yidlas Kye (Born from Mind) said this: O great sage, wisdom of knowledge! At first, when the disease's strength is not exhausted and it manifests, even if treated, it cannot be reversed from its course. In the middle, when the disease spreads, the antidote cannot immediately subdue it. Finally, when it possesses twelve branches, one cannot be liberated from the disease, and life appears to be exhausted. Since others change in the opposite way from this, what is the necessity of medical science and medicine? O King of Physicians, the life-giver, dispel my doubts! Having said this, the teacher, the wisdom of knowledge, said this: O great sage, do not doubt that. Among the four hundred and four diseases, there are one hundred and one that appear to be temporary diseases. If left untreated, they can survive on their own. However, if treated, they quickly bring happiness, like being pulled up from a fall. Even if the initial manifestation is great, it can be reversed from its course without treatment. For example, when clouds gather in the sky and rain falls, it suddenly clears and turns into drought. Since one hundred and one are all conjectured demonic influences, one should not take medicine or treatment without treating them. Even if demonic influences are treated without medicine, one can survive, like a prisoner borrowing an arm. One hundred and one are diseases of life that are completely fulfilled. If left untreated, one will die, but if treated, one can survive. These also have three stages: initial, intermediate, and final. The initial signs of heat diseases cannot be reversed from their course, because the antidote does not allow friends to accept it. Weak in strength, without friends, it cannot be reversed when it is new. In the middle, when the disease spreads, it is difficult to subdue it with an antidote. For example, building a dam in front of a deer. Even if carried away, it is carried away by pressing down. When the water force is exhausted, the dam appears to be able to withstand it. Similarly, when the disease spreads and the antidote fights, it seems impossible to subdue it, but if continued, its power will emerge. Cold spreads heavily, and it is difficult to subdue it with an antidote, like a merchant equipped with armor and weapons, like having an army. One hundred and one are diseases of death that are influenced by past karma and cannot be overcome even with treatment. If summarized, they are nine life-cutting diseases.

Gathered. Heat diseases have passed and not passed two kinds. For example, it is like putting a mirror into a stove. If it is not melted, it can be watered, but if it is melted, it cannot be recovered. Cold diseases have two kinds of deep freezing and non-freezing. For example, it is like a garden and an old tree. The first can be changed, the second cannot be changed. Wind disease has two kinds of life root cut off and not cut off. For example, it is like a bird in a cage. If you don't escape, you can catch it, but if you escape, there is no way to catch it. For diseases that consume essence and blood, that is the state of life existence. If the disease is treated, life will also be destroyed. For example, it is like a wall that cannot be supported by the foundation. Extreme damage is the evil ghost taking away the soul. Even if life is similar, it will definitely die. For example, it is like a person with a hole in the intestines. Life is exhausted, and the three virtues are exhausted. The disease is cured, the pulse disappears, and the elements stop. For example, it is like an arrow that has left the string. The **** of death comes, measured by the two of cold and heat. Treating one, the other will be produced, and all treatments will not be accepted. For example, it is like giving advice to a person who has made up his mind. The medicines are the same, but the causes, conditions, and treatments are opposite. No matter which one is treated, it will fall on the head of a friend. For example, for a person who has been poisoned, forcibly pouring poison into it. Descending to the key point is to destroy the state of life existence. Because the lifeline is cut off, how can a cure be found? It's like a powerful army falling into the hands of the enemy. Great immortals, should not have doubts. Treatment and non-treatment should not be treated equally. Not all life and death have medicine. It is wrong to say that there is no medicine everywhere. Pouring water on the fire, how can it be extinguished? Even so, if the water is too little, it is difficult to extinguish. Just a little bit, how can you relieve hunger? With water, how can you relieve thirst? Leprosy has no cure, who can be happy? If the waterway is blocked, how can it be dredged without medicine and treatment? Without treatment, who can swallow poison? Supreme and other abilities, eliminate as stated in the scriptures. Therefore, one should not have doubts about treatment. So it is said. Then, the immortal Yisheng asked again: Great immortal, the innate wisdom of wisdom! People have sick places, and diseases must be treated. For the necessary methods, is there a connection or not? For the law that has no connection, what can be achieved by practicing it? Wanting ghee, but squeezing sand, can it become ghee? Please, King of Medicine, give instructions on this. After hearing these words, the teacher said: Great immortal Yisheng. Method and method have a connection
