行事医者的 处所等，应当知晓为十一处。应当学习十五个章节，哪十五个呢？如下：第一，治疗三毒的章节；第二，治疗内脏疾病的章节；第三，治疗热病的章节；第四，治疗上半身疾病的章节；第五，治疗脏腑疾病的章节；第六，治疗隐疾的章节；第七，治疗散发性疾病的章节；第八，治疗先天性创伤的章节；第九，治疗儿童疾病的章节；第十，治疗妇科疾病的章节；第十一，治疗鬼神病的章节；第十二，治疗刀伤的章节；第十三，治疗中毒疾病的章节；第十四，治疗衰老疾病的章节；第十五，治疗恢复精力的章节。如是，应当知晓这十五个章节。 应当学习四个部类，哪四个呢？如下：诊断脉象尿液的部类为一；平息疗法的药物部类为二；泻法的事业部类为三；缓和峻烈的治疗部类为四。如是，应当知晓这四个部类。 应当学习一百五十六个品，哪一百五十六个呢？如下：开场白、引言、基础和认识，治疗的方法和计算的六个品，应当知晓为根本续的处所。 讲述的纲要和形成的方式、比喻等，存在的规律、定义、分类、死亡的征兆等，疾病的因、缘、进入的方式、定义等，分类、持续时间、阶段、行为等，饮食的方式、禁食、饮食适量地吃，药物的味道、效能、配制方法、剂量测量等，病人所在之处和病症的真实显现，不良的欺骗、过失、检查、舍弃、接受四种方式检查，治疗的方式总的和特别的两种治疗方法，真实的治疗方法和医生的品，如是，讲述续有十一处，一、三、三、四、四、五、第六个一，总共三十一个品。 询问和病症，风、胆、涎混合，痨病、消化不良、肿瘤和瘰疬，水肿和腹水、大痨病、消耗性疾病六种，发热总论和重要关窍、山地、平原交界处，未成熟、增盛、衰竭、潜伏、陈旧、复杂和，损伤、错乱、瘟疫和天花、脉病，咽喉肿痛、感冒十六个品。上半身，头、眼睛和耳朵，口和鼻子和瘿瘤六个品。ུག །脏腑心肝脾肾和，胃肠大肠八章节。秘密疾病男女各不同，皮疹失语和呃逆，打嗝口渴呼吸不畅和，癫痫蛔虫腹泻呕吐大小便闭结。尿闭尿崩症热泻血症和，风湿水肿白脉皮肤病，小病等十九章节。先天伤口有瘤和痔疮，烧伤丹毒淋巴结睾丸肿大和，胫骨阴囊破裂等八章节。小儿常用病及其三种魔，妇科总论和分论各三种，鬼神癫痫健忘星宿龙魔五种。伤口有普通伤口头颈伤，胸腹肢体分为五章节。毒有配制毒转化毒实毒三种，滋补衰老摄取精华和，壮阳补精和寻觅妇女。如是口诀续十五之时，一单一双三三四单一，五二六二八二十六一，十九一和询问得九十二。脉诊尿诊汤药散剂丸药膏剂和，药油药灰药糖药酒和，宝石和草药配方油剂调制和，泻药催吐鼻药缓泻油性灌肠。开脉放血艾灸熏蒸沐浴涂油和，下部治疗后部续有四品，二十七六章节二十五。如是根本续有六章节，论述续有三十一章节，口诀续有九十二章，后部续有二十五章节，四续合计一百五十四章，结尾意义完全交付和五十六，这些归纳为八支分，身有七十小儿妇科病和，毒三魔五伤五滋补一，壮阳有二续三总括性。如是说。甘露心髓八支分秘密口诀续中，开场名目各别安立之章节即第二。 ༄། །第三，处所法疾病之章节。 此后，贤者意生对贤者智慧明智如此禀告道：祈请导师贤者智慧明智。

As follows: First, the chapter on treating the three poisons; second, the chapter on treating internal diseases; third, the chapter on treating fever diseases; fourth, the chapter on treating upper body diseases; fifth, the chapter on treating organ diseases; sixth, the chapter on treating hidden diseases; seventh, the chapter on treating scattered diseases; eighth, the chapter on treating congenital wounds; ninth, the chapter on treating children's diseases; tenth, the chapter on treating gynecological diseases; eleventh, the chapter on treating spirit possession diseases; twelfth, the chapter on treating knife wounds; thirteenth, the chapter on treating poisoning diseases; fourteenth, the chapter on treating aging diseases; fifteenth, the chapter on treating rejuvenation. Thus, one should know these fifteen chapters. One should study four categories, which four? As follows: The category of examining pulse and urine is one; the category of pacifying medicine is two; the category of purgative actions is three; the category of mild and drastic treatments is four. As follows: The introduction, the preface, the basis, and the recognition, the method of treatment and the six chapters of calculation, should be known as the place of the root tantra. The summary of the explanation and the way of formation, metaphors, etc., the law of existence, definition, classification, signs of death, etc., the causes and conditions of diseases, the way of entering, definition, etc., classification, duration, stages, behavior, etc., the way of eating, fasting, eating moderately, the taste and potency of medicines, methods of preparation, dose measurement, etc., the place where the patient is and the real manifestation of the disease, bad deception, faults, examination, abandoning, accepting, examining in four ways, the general and special methods of treatment, the real method of treatment and the chapter of doctors, thus, the explanatory tantra has eleven places, one, three, three, four, four, five, the sixth one, a total of thirty-one chapters.
