O Lama! For the sake of all precious sentient beings, please cause special bliss and warmth to arise in my body. Please cause special bliss and emptiness samadhi to arise in my mind. Having prayed in this way many times, the Lama Vajradhara dissolved into light and merged into oneself, remaining slightly in equanimity. Instantly, one becomes the supreme Vajrayogini, with a red-colored body, one face, and two arms, holding a curved knife in the right hand and a blood-filled skullcup in the left hand at the heart. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is slightly bent, pressing down on a white corpse with its head pointing to the right, adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, wearing a necklace of fifty dry skulls, possessing five bone ornaments, the body red and clear, with the nature of fire, hot and empty, one should contemplate. Inside the navel area, contemplate a red ball of fire, like something that burns whatever it touches. In front and behind the navel area, and at the location of the two kidneys, visualize four flames the size of bird eggs. Perform three or nine puffs of breath. Then slowly inhale the air, pressing it down below the navel. Slightly draw up the lower air, and slightly contract the abdomen, causing the fire eggs to collide with each other. Contemplate that the red sparks of fire make everything inside the body extremely hot with the nature of fire. It is said that one should perform breath retention seven times or more. The main practice. Second, the main practice is the tummo of the blessing lama. Tummo is eaten as food, worn as clothing, and used as a seat. 24-179 First, as before, visualize oneself as Vajrayogini. From the center of one's empty Vajrayogini body, the central channel rises, red in color, as thin as a small whip. The root is inserted four fingers below the navel, and the upper end is located at the Brahma aperture in a cut-off manner. It possesses four characteristics: straight like a tree by the water, thin like a lotus stem, clear like a sesame oil lamp, and red like madder juice. It is slightly closer to the back of the center of the body. It is also red, clear, thin, and empty. On its right side is the red Roma channel, and on the left side is the white Kyangma channel. These two channels are much thinner than the central channel, with their lower ends slightly entering the inside of the central channel, and their upper ends bent forward at the Brahma aperture in a way that covers the central channel, slightly separated, and inserted into the two nostrils. The upper part inside the central channel

Visualize a downward-pointing Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan) about one finger-width in the upper part. Visualize a red Raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,raṃ,汉语字面意思:रं,Fire) about one finger-width in the lower part, pointing upwards. Visualize the wind mandala in your secret place as a bluish-green crescent moon, intensely moving. Blow out the wind nine times in succession. Slowly inhale. Press down below the navel. Slightly draw up the lower wind. The Raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,raṃ,汉语字面意思:रं,Fire) at the navel is in the form of the kind root guru, a yogini. Her body is white, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a ḍāmaru, the left a kapāla, and a khaṭvāṃga. She is adorned with six bone ornaments. The inside and outside of her body are entirely of the nature of fire. From that, it blazes even more intensely, filling the entire central channel. The Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan) at the upper end also pierces upwards, emerging from the Brahma aperture. The flames touch all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, pleasing them with offerings of bliss and warmth. They rejoice and dissolve into light. Like melting butter, with flames, it enters from your own Brahma aperture, and from the Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan) descends immeasurable nectar. When it touches the guru at the navel, it burns with a sizzling sound, like butter dripping on hot iron. The fire fills the body and touches the Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan) at the crown of the head. The descending nectar, like tangled hair, is placed in equanimity with focused mind, it is said. This blessing of the guru's heat yoga, if practiced three to five times during the actual heat yoga practice, will cause bliss and warmth to arise in the body, which is a unique characteristic not found in others, it is said. Secondly, eating heat yoga as food: The physical posture and visualizing oneself as Vajrayogini, and clarifying the three channels, etc., are as before. Blow out the wind nine times in succession. Slowly inhale. Press down below the navel. Slightly draw up the lower wind, causing the wind to move and touch the Raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,raṃ,汉语字面意思:रं,Fire), causing the fire to blaze, the fire being extremely subtle, like a part of a hair divided into a hundred pieces, red and clear, rising upwards from within the central channel. When it touches the Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan) at the crown of the head, a whitish, elongated nectar arises from the Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan). A subtle drop descends, like a thread or string. When it touches the Raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,raṃ,汉语字面意思:रं,Fire), the fire becomes extremely subtle and increases. Much nectar arises from the Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం, हंस,Swan). It is placed in equanimity within the central channel, like tangled hair. It is said to hold the breath eight times or more, as much as possible. Thirdly, wearing it as clothing: From the above-mentioned focus, in that very state. Finally, the central channel and the inside and outside of the body all become fire. Your own clothes also blaze intensely. In short, the inside and outside of the dwelling
