ཐུགས་རྗེ༴ བདག་ གིས་མྱང་འདས་རི་ལ་མྱུར་དུ་འཛེགས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཐུགས་རྗེ༴ བདག་གིས་འདུས་མ་བྱས་ཀྱི་ ཁང་པར་མྱུར་དུ་འདུས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ༴ བདག་གིས་མྱུར་དུ་ཆོས་ཉིད་སྐུ་དང་ མཐུན་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གིས་མཚོན་གྱི་རི་ལ་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ན། །མཚོན་གྱི་རི་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་ ཞིག་ཅིང་བརྙིལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གིས་ཆུ་ཚན་ཟངས་ལ་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ན། །མེ་དང་ཆུ་ ཚན་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་ཞིང་མེད་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བར་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ ན། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཞི་ཞིང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་གིས་ཡི་དྭགས་ 22-491 བཀྲེས་ལྟོག་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ན། །ཡི་དྭགས་ལྟོག་པ་རབ་ཏུ་འགྲངས་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ཏེ་བདག་ གིས་ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དུ་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ན། །ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་ངན་སེམས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཞི་གྱུར་ཅིག །གལ་ ཏེ་བདག་གིས་བྱོལ་སོང་རྒྱུད་དུ་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ན། །བདག་གིས་ཤེས་རབ་ཆེན་པོའི་རང་བཞིན་ ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པ་དང་། འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག་དགོངས་སུ་ གསོལ། །ཕན་བདེའི་འབྱུང་གནས་བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་བསྟན་པ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་བྱིན་ གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །བསྟན་པའི་རྩ་ལགས་སྐྱེས་བུ་དམ་པ་རྣམས་སྐུ་ཚེ་རིང་ཞིང་འགྲོ་དོན་ འཕེལ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་ཞིང་དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ སྤྱོད་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །བྱམས་པ་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་སེམས་འབྱོང་བར་ བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཞི་གནས་དང་ལྷག་མཐོང་ཟུང་དུ་འབྲེལ་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཤེས་བྱ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་དང་ཇི་སྙེད་པ་རྟོགས་པའི་ཤེས་ རབ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །མདོར་ན་ཚོགས་རྫོགས་སྒྲིབ་ པ་བྱང་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་ གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པོ། ། ༄། །གཏོར་མ་བཏང་བའི་དེ་ཉིད། བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་གཏོར་མ་བཏང་བའི་དེ་ཉིད་ནི། གཏོར་མ་རྣམས། ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏས་བསངས། སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝས་སྦྱངས། སྟོང་ པའི་ངང་ལས་བྷྲུཾ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣོད་ཡང་ཤིང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བའི་ནང་དུ་ཧཱུཾ་ལས་གཏོར་མ་ བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་གྱུར། ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ལ། ༀ་ཨཱརྱ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ ཤྭ་ར་ཨེ་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི། ཞེས་པ་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་ཕུལ། ཨརྒྷཾ་ནས། ཤཔྟའི་བར་གྱིས་མཆོད། སྐྱོན་གྱི་མ་གོས

祈请垂念！愿我迅速登上涅槃之山！祈请垂念！愿我迅速进入无为之殿堂！大慈悲者！愿我迅速与法性身相合！如果我趋向刀剑之山，愿刀剑之山彻底崩塌粉碎！如果我趋向温泉铜锅，愿火焰与温泉彻底平息消失！如果我趋向有情地狱，愿有情地狱平息，痛苦止息！如果我趋向饿鬼饥渴之处，愿饿鬼的饥饿彻底饱足！如果我趋向非天，愿非天的恶念完全平息！如果我趋向旁生之境，愿我获得大智慧的自性！如是祈愿。 圣观世音自在祈请垂念！祈请加持，使利益安乐之源的善逝教法兴盛广大！祈请加持，使教法的根本——圣贤之士们长寿，利生事业增上！祈请加持，使一切有情安乐，行持正法！祈请加持，使慈爱与悲心，菩提之心生起！祈请加持，使止观双运的禅定在相续中生起！祈请加持，使通达如所有性与尽所有性的殊胜智慧在相续中生起！总而言之，祈请加持，使我等迅速圆满资粮，清净业障，现证圆满菩提！如是祈请。 ༄། །朵玛施放之仪轨。 第十二，朵玛施放之仪轨：将朵玛以甘露（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：不死）净化，以自性（藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性）清净。从空性中，由种字勃隆（藏文：བྷྲུཾ།，梵文天城体：भ्रुं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：勃隆）生出珍宝之器，其内宽广，其中由种字吽（藏文：ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）化为朵玛甘露之海。嗡啊吽（藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）加持三遍，然后念诵：嗡，圣观自在，此朵玛供养你，吃，吃，吃。（藏文：ༀ་ཨཱརྱ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཨེ་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།）三遍奉献。从供水（藏文：ཨརྒྷཾ།）到赞叹（藏文：ཤཔྟ།）之间进行供养，没有过失。

Please have compassion! May I quickly ascend the mountain of Nirvana! Please have compassion! May I quickly enter the unconditioned palace! Great compassionate one! May I quickly unite with the Dharmata body! If I turn towards a mountain of weapons, may the mountain of weapons completely collapse and be destroyed! If I turn towards a copper pot of hot springs, may the fire and hot springs completely subside and disappear! If I turn towards sentient beings in hell, may the hells of sentient beings be pacified and suffering cease! If I turn towards the hungry ghosts tormented by hunger, may the hunger of the hungry ghosts be completely satisfied! If I turn towards the Asuras, may the evil thoughts of the Asuras be completely pacified! If I turn towards the realm of animals, may I attain the nature of great wisdom! Thus, I pray. Noble Avalokiteshvara, Lord of the World, please be mindful! Please bless the flourishing and expansion of the teachings of the Sugata, the source of benefit and happiness! Please bless the long lives and increasing activities for the benefit of beings of the holy individuals who are the root of the teachings! Please bless all sentient beings to be happy and practice the holy Dharma! Please bless the arising of love, compassion, and the mind of Bodhichitta! Please bless the arising in our minds of Samadhi, the union of Shamatha and Vipassana! Please bless the arising in our minds of the special wisdom that understands reality as it is and all that exists! In short, please bless us to quickly complete the accumulations, purify the obscurations, and attain perfect enlightenment! Thus, I pray. The Actual Nature of Offering the Torma. The twelfth, the actual nature of offering the torma: The tormas are purified with Amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：不死), cleansed with Svabhava (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性). Bless it three times with Om Ah Hum (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽), then recite: Om Arya Avalokiteshvara idam balimta kha kha khahi khahi (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱརྱ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཤྭ་ར་ཨེ་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།) offer three times.
