Therefore, in practice, it is considered good to practice with the complete name ending with "raksha raksha hum," preceded by (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). For example, "(Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) so-and-so raksha raksha hum," and so on. The third key point is concealing the mind: One should believe that the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at one's heart is the very essence of the minds of those to be protected. From (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), emanate countless tiny vajras, and contemplate that one's own body and the bodies of those to be protected are filled without any gaps. The fourth key point is the key to unchanging body, speech, and mind: On the crown of one's head, from (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), a white wheel marked with (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) arises. From there, light radiates, inviting the blessings and powers of all the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, noble ones, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, guardians, gods, and sages, all in the form of white light, which dissolves into the (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) on one's forehead. From there, light radiates, filling the entire inside of the body, purifying the sins and obscurations of the body. All faults, such as evil spirits entering the body, vanish into the dharmadhatu. Believe that you have attained the indestructible vajra body and achieved longevity. Similarly, by analogy, at the throat, from (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) a red lotus marked with (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) arises, gathering the blessings of speech. As light pervades one's body, the sins and obscurations of speech are purified, and the suppression of speech is cleansed. Believe that the power of vajra speech is achieved without obstruction. Similarly, at the heart, from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) a blue vajra marked with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) arises, gathering the blessings of mind. As light fills the inside of the body, the sins and obscurations of mind are purified. The interdependent causes of being oppressed and tormented by substances, mantras, etc., are purified from confusion and delusion. Believe that the vajra mind, the nature of wisdom, compassion, and power, is manifested. Contemplate that one's tongue is (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), and from (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) a vajra marked with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) arises. The fifth key point is the key to turning the wheel: From the wheel that one is meditating on, light radiates, inviting all the blessings and powers of the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, etc., in the form of the syllables (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), and (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Bhrum), which dissolve into the wheel, and contemplate that the power becomes inconceivable. Recite the Vajra Chakra mantra three times. As the protective wheel turns to the right, diseases, evil spirits, enemies, obstacles, curses, etc.

Think of destroying it into ashes with wheels and fire. Although special reversal and killing are not necessary, when blocking the Shasana (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Literal Chinese meaning), emanate countless messengers from your heart, and use the combination of lasso and iron hook to draw and summon all unfavorable things such as enemies and obstacles onto the fire and wind wheel, placing them between the spokes of the wheel. Visualize the wheel cutting, the fire burning, the wind destroying, and transferring consciousness to the Dharmadhatu. This is just a killing visualization that comes along with protection. If something special is needed, visualize that in the center of various vajras, in the pit, the one to be killed covers the chest with the tongue, and the wheel presses on it. Visualize the wheel turning, destroying it into powder. Similarly, when uttering curses, visualize that there is a sun in the palm of the right hand and a moon in the palm of the left hand, each residing and being very wide. Visualize summoning all unfavorable things such as enemies, obstacles, evil influences, demons, curses, and bad omens here in an instant, grinding them into powder, making them disappear without a trace, and then clap your hands. This is also a reversal visualization that comes along with protection. Up to this point, it is mostly the same as other protection and reversal, but in order not to supplement from other places, it should be clearly stated that this is the inherent secret instruction of this method. ༄། །Special Instructions Secondly, what is known as the special instruction is that although the instructions of the Ushnisharaja (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanized, Literal Chinese meaning) ritual are combined sporadically, it is said that practicing in this way will result in blessings and power that are very strong, sharp, and rapid. To put it simply, there are four: the king resides in the castle, the three realms are cut off on the battlefield, the three blades are forged into weapons, and the wheel destroys thieves. The first is that after the above five points, light radiates from one's heart, inviting the guru, yidam, etc., and merging into the eleven deities. Visualize the nature of the collection of all Buddhas, the body of vajra nature, with immeasurable burning light and flames, having the power to destroy harmers. The second is that the wheel becomes larger and larger, pervading the three thousand worlds, and is firm, sharp, powerful, and rotates rapidly.
