Dependent is without self-nature. The nature of phenomena is distinctly established as self-nature. Since cause and effect are dependently established, it is not dependent origination. This shows liberation from the reasoning of self-emptiness. All phenomena are empty, which is the tenet of other-emptiness. All phenomena are without essence, which is the tenet of other-emptiness. For those who speak of self-emptiness, there is clarity and appearance, but they only take the words because they do not want emptiness. If the appearance of things like pots is emptiness, then in your system, it becomes the ultimate truth. If it is not emptiness, then it contradicts that all phenomena are empty. Those who hold other-emptiness accept the three aspects of emptiness and the three aspects of selflessness, and because they do not want them to be solely the ultimate truth, there is no internal contradiction, and a superior philosophical system arises. The empty part of conventional truth is not the ultimate truth, and the appearing part of the ultimate truth is not conventional truth. This shows that the emptiness of all phenomena contradicts only self-emptiness. Refuting the assertion that self-emptiness is the ultimate Madhyamaka. Since self-emptiness transcends Mind-Only, although it is Madhyamaka, it is not the ultimate Madhyamaka. It is only emptiness, not the ultimate emptiness. Although it is definitive meaning, it is not the ultimate definitive meaning. The reason is that those who speak of self-emptiness, although they are Madhyamaka, do not accept the ultimate, so what is Madhyamaka? When examining the texts on self-emptiness, there is no Madhyamaka. Those who hold other-emptiness, even when examining, consider it to be Madhyamaka. Such a great Madhyamaka who does not want the ultimate that they themselves desire is not wonderful. If that exists, then the Mind-Only followers who do not want Mind-Only, and the assembly of Hinayana Sutra followers, and even the Sutra followers and Vaibhashikas who do not want them, do they not accept the Explanation of Distinctions? Is the reason not the same in all places? In the system of self-emptiness, emptiness cannot exist. Since it does not exist in the ultimate truth, it is not ultimate. There is only non-affirming negation, and there is no ultimate or non-ultimate, and because there is no realm or non-realm, it becomes impossible to call it the ultimate realm. Or why do emptiness and the ultimate realm not become conventional truth? The object of conceptual thought and the object of false seeing, non-existence and non-truth in examination, in conventional truth, if there is no establisher, by what is conventional truth established? If it is, then the ultimate realm becomes true. Since it is not conventional, it is truly existent, existent in examination. Because it desires perfect accomplishment, if it is not Madhyamaka, then

If desiring freedom from elaboration also becomes non-Madhyamaka, if it is said that there is a difference between adhering to truth and not adhering to truth, we do not want the truth of conceptual elaboration. Such a truth that is devoid of elaboration, if even those who speak of self-emptiness do not understand its aspect, then there is never any refutation done to it. The extent of refuting true establishment is the refutation of the truth of elaboration. Therefore, apply here the reasoning of refuting the conventional. This is also accepted in our system, that the perfectly established has no truth of elaboration. If there is truth of elaboration, it is conventional, therefore it is said that ultimate reality has no essence. The Hearers abandon the three vehicles as one, so the consequentialists also follow that, because the reason for realizing the two selflessnesses is the same. In this, the Dharmakaya for Hearers and Solitary Realizers, the fault of existence inevitably enters. If the Dharmakaya is the same, otherwise, if it exists, then the reasoning is the same for the other three bodies. Being the same as the Buddha, not being the Buddha, etc., too many absurdities will follow. This is also the fault of mixing Hinayana tenets. If it is said that there is a difference by abandoning the obscurations of knowledge, this also only shows the difference of abandonment, because there is no difference in essence, it cannot be averted. All teachers are due to the power of aspiration. If it is said that there is no appearance of wisdom, then it will be the same as nirvana without remainder, because there is no difference, it will become the same as the Dharmakaya. If the inferior ones realize the two selflessnesses of all phenomena, then because of seeing the Dharmakaya, that will become the common result of the Hinayana and the noble ones. Just as there is no pillar in a pot, just as there is no pot in a pillar, because there is no difference, the abandonment that is only a non-affirming negation will all become one. Because there is no alaya, there is no place to establish seeds. Because the mind and mental factors and material phenomena cease, why will the three vehicles' nirvana without remainder not become the same? What is the obscuration of knowledge in just a non-affirming negation? There is no clear scripture, and others have clear scriptures. Therefore, it is not reasonable to say that the noble ones of the Hinayana realize the selflessness of phenomena in all phenomena. All things, real and imputed, are the expansion of conceptualization. If that is not realized, then it contradicts the realization of all phenomena. If it is said that it is not clear, then it is not reasonable for direct perception. Because the reason is not known, then that is not realized. Just entering a little difference in realization cannot differentiate. The acceptance of external objects and the certainty of the six consciousnesses, and the cessation of the alaya and self-
