Attaining Buddhahood. They silently accomplish many aspirations. They are infinitely vast and possess the ultimate. The realm of space and the nature of Dharma, the realm of Nirvana, the ultimate appearance of victors in the world, and wisdom, the ultimate of the mind's object and the entry of wisdom, the ultimate of the three lineages, reaching the edge of going. In this way, may my aspirations also reach the limit, may those ultimate ones be as they are, and may my conduct be like that. Thus it is said. Among them, the summary of the ten great aspirations is: Offering and upholding the sacred Dharma, the body and conduct of all actions, maturing and purifying the land, accomplishing the distinction of that purified land, acting in accordance with all the sons of the conquerors, accomplishing the meaning of accordance, and manifestly attaining enlightenment. Thus, among the ten aspirations, there are also ten ultimate places: sentient beings, the world, space, and, the Dharma realm, Nirvana, the appearance of the Buddha, the realm of wisdom, and, the object of the mind, the ultimate realm of manifest accomplishment of wisdom, the three lineages (aspirations are made at the place of the wise [realm]. The lineage of the world, Dharma, and wisdom is the three lineages in this context.). The ten great aspirations are: May I offer all offerings to all Buddhas, this is the first. May I completely uphold and protect all sacred Dharmas, this is the second. May I go with an unobstructed body to the places where the Buddhas of the ten directions perform all wondrous deeds, and perform extraordinary deeds, this is the third. May I always practice all the practices of Bodhisattvas, this is the fourth. May I mature all sentient beings, this is the fifth. May I accomplish the pure land that will become Buddhahood, the immeasurable world, this is the sixth. May I purify the manifest pure lands, which are also immeasurable and inconceivable realms of practice, filled with supreme Bodhisattvas, etc., becoming immeasurable pure realms, this is the seventh. May the thoughts and actions of all Bodhisattvas and myself be consistent, this is the eighth. May all actions and practices only accomplish immeasurable ultimate meanings, this is the ninth. Until the edge of space.

The aspiration to manifest complete perfect enlightenment through the manner of demonstrating limitless activities in all places is the tenth. Among these, the first, offering, is for the purpose of perfecting the accumulation of merit, and the second, upholding the sacred Dharma, is for the purpose of perfecting the accumulation of wisdom. The third, and so on, the five are for the purpose of fully ripening all sentient beings. The third, the body that goes everywhere, is how others are ripened by the difference of the dependent body. The fourth, training in all conduct, is how others are ripened by the conduct of mind and so on. The fifth is the actual ripening, which is done according to the sentient beings to be ripened. The sixth is accomplishing the pure land where they are ripened. The seventh is for the purpose of showing the means by which they will be ripened in what manner. The eighth, acting in accordance with all bodhisattvas, is for the purpose of realizing the difference of the qualities of one's own ground. The ninth, acting meaningfully, is for the purpose of realizing that the difference goes from higher to higher. The tenth, the aspiration for enlightenment, is for the ultimate fruit. These ten aspirations are also completely contained in this "Samantabhadra's Aspiration for Excellent Conduct," that is, "In all the worlds where they dwell, I will make offerings to all Buddhas," and so on, and "I will also make vast offerings to them," and so on, and "Offering to the vast ocean of Buddhas," and so on, is making offerings to the Buddhas from the perspective of the first. "I will always follow their path, the supreme path of the Buddhas," and so on, and "I will practice the excellent conduct of enlightenment," that is, practicing oneself, and "May the excellent conduct of enlightenment be manifested everywhere," that is, proclaiming it to others. These many are done from the perspective of the second, that is, upholding the sacred Dharma. "Perfecting the conduct of enlightenment," and so on, and "Always entering their realm, manifesting various miraculous powers," and so on, is done from the perspective of the third, that is, seeing the realm of the Buddhas with the body that goes everywhere. "Samantabhadra's aspiration for excellent conduct is completely pure, I will constantly practice it without weariness in all future kalpas," and so on, are many, which are done from the perspective of the fourth, that is, training in all conduct.
