Cleanliness is related to body and speech, so it can be similarly explained as not being defiled by them. It is believed that in the formless realm there is no way to be defiled, so it is shown as unmixed. If in the formless realm there is only formlessness, then it should be explained literally. Even in the case of form, because it is very subtle, there is no contradiction in explaining it this way. Completely liberated from the aggregates, not united with the realms, subduing the sources, these three words show that in benefiting sentient beings, there is no attachment to anything. Because the aggregates have the nature of repeated arising, the Tathagata has no birth, therefore completely liberated from the aggregates. The realms are established as the gateway for the arising of consciousness grasping objects, because the afflictions dependent on objects and consciousness have been abandoned, therefore not united with the realms. The sources are established from the gateway of the cause of arising of seeing, etc., because the afflictions dependent on it have been subdued, therefore they are the subdued sources. In short, ultimately it is the wisdom body that transcends the aggregates, realms, and sources. Now, it is explained how to accomplish benefits through abandonment and wisdom, from which the bonds are cut, liberation from all suffering, liberation from craving, crossing the river, these four words first show what kind of abandonment is used to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings. If all afflictions are summarized, then meeting with the object is craving, which has the nature of bondage, and not meeting is the river, which has the nature of complete suffering. Moreover, because the bonds are cut, there is liberation from craving. Because of liberation from complete suffering, the river is crossed. Connecting in this way, the bond is the meaning of unfreed bondage, cutting it is cutting off the craving for the objects of meeting such as body and enjoyment, complete suffering refers to focusing on the object of not meeting, and mostly practicing afflictions, this is abandonment. Therefore, craving is the craving that encompasses the three realms, and the river is like a river being carried in a continuous direction, that is, the afflictions involuntarily carry away the mind. There are also four types: desire, existence, ignorance, and views.

ū bo'o. Wisdom is completely perfect. Abiding in the wisdom of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have appeared in the past, will appear in the future, and are appearing in the present. Not abiding in nirvana. Abiding in the limit of reality itself. This is the second of the four phrases, explaining how sentient beings are benefited through wisdom. 17-398 Wisdom is threefold: Through the wisdom of knowing all aspects, all that is to be known is known; through the wisdom of knowing without difference, all Buddhas are seen as equality itself; through the wisdom of non-abiding, one does not abide in the limits of samsara and nirvana, but abides in the limit of reality itself. These should also be applied in order. From the perspective of the first, wisdom completely pervades all the circles of knowable objects of the three times without exception. The wisdom of all the Buddhas of the past, future, and present is the wisdom of one Buddha. And the wisdom of one Buddha is also the wisdom of all the Buddhas of the three times. Therefore, it is knowing without difference. Not abiding in nirvana means not abiding in the inferior limit of nirvana, the sphere where the benefit of others is cut off. The limit of reality itself is the limit of reality alone, that is, the thusness, the sphere of dharma, which is extremely pure, abiding in the dharmakaya. This shows that one does not abide in samsara. The combination of these two is non-abiding nirvana. The phrase "abiding in the place of seeing all sentient beings" is a word that summarizes all meanings. Of the three kayas of the Tathagata, the dharmakaya sees the dharma nature of all sentient beings as its own nature and abides without wavering; the sambhogakaya sees the mind streams of pure sentient beings, great bodhisattvas, and abides by teaching the dharma; the nirmanakaya, in order to liberate the mind streams of shravakas and so forth, and ordinary beings whose minds' eyes are completely purified, abides in the place or location of seeing their faculties and inclinations. Thus, 17-399 Then, this subsequent recollection is: permanently abiding, and the nature of the body, and what is relied upon, and the activity, and the
