Thus, derived from the sound of "Sugata" (Tibetan: སུ་ག་ཏ་), it becomes "Well-Gone," "Excellently Gone," and "Supremely Gone." It is because one goes from the happiness of the path to the happiness of the fruition. During the path, one abandons what should not be done, does not generate non-other's praise, has no self-deprecation or fear, and accomplishes things with many joyful mental activities. At the time of fruition, one abandons all kinds of suffering and attains the perfect, uncontaminated bliss. Therefore, whether one has entered a philosophical system or not, one is distinguished from those in samsara, because they accomplish the fruit of suffering from the cause of suffering. If one thinks that those who practice in the desire realm are so miserable, but those who dwell in meditation and the formless realms are not so, then, even though its fruit is also suffering, to those who do not understand this, it is called "Excellently Gone." "Excellent" refers to abandoning and not returning, like a disease being completely cured. All the obscurations, such as afflictions, that one has abandoned are gone and departed without returning. This is different from the Samadhi practitioners of non-Buddhists. If one thinks that the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas are like that, then it is "Supremely Gone," that is, completely and without remainder realizing and going to all the dharmas to be realized, just as a vase completely filled is called a supremely full vase. This is only possessed by the Tathagata, because the wisdom without attachment or obstruction constantly arises for all knowable objects. Thus, these two points are the ultimate of abandonment and realization. The three points starting from here are in terms of activity. Among them, observing the world is called "Knowing the World." With great compassion, constantly observing sentient beings, knowing whether sentient beings have happiness or suffering, have prosperity or decline, have good fortune or do not have good fortune, whether the time for taming has come or not, and all the methods of taming. In other explanations, it is also said that completely knowing suffering and the origin is also called knowing the world. Those with good fortune should be tamed.

The activity is the supreme tamer of those to be tamed, the best of humans or beings. The best of humans or beings are those who have the potential. They tame their minds and thus place them in the three enlightenments. For those who do not actually have the potential to be tamed by the path of liberation, they are rescued from the lower realms, great sufferings are transformed into small ones, and they are placed on the path of higher realms. Whether it is higher realms or liberation, it is never possible to connect those who have great potential with those who have little. The tamer is skilled in the methods of how to tame. Just as those who tame horses, elephants, and chariots are skilled in making them enter that path, thus making the road comfortable. The supreme is that which shows the distinction of the tamer. Even those who are extremely difficult to tame, such as the younger brother Gawa (greed), the garland of fingers (anger), the servant and the protector (ignorance), and those who are particularly arrogant, such as Tengye Wosung, are placed in the enlightenment of the Hearers. The activity of the Tathagata pervades all who have and do not have the capacity, but those who have the potential for liberation are only those who have the capacity. And because the main place where Buddhas appear in the world is the human realm, taming those who have the potential and taming the best of humans are spoken of from the perspective of internal differences. The meaning of the teacher in whom that activity abides is the teacher of gods and humans. Although he is the teacher of all sentient beings belonging to the three realms, the reason for mentioning gods and humans is that in gods and humans one can see the truth, or attain the fruit through asceticism, or attain the noble grounds, but this is not seen in other beings. Moreover, this is also the best of beings, so these are the main objects to be tamed, and therefore they are mentioned here. This explanation is also made from the perspective of the common vehicle. In reality, in the world, it is also said that the king prostrates and pays homage, and even if it is not said that the retinue prostrates and pays homage, the meaning is naturally understood. So, what is the basis for possessing such qualities?
